Waterscape A301 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit with an additional bunk room on the 3rd floor of Waterscape. From the patio there is an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico with miles and miles of white, pristine beaches. This unit is on the east side of the front of the A building, with incredible beach and sunrise views. The living room, master bedroom and the larger guest bedroom open to the spacious patio for view to repeatedly take your breath away.
This condo has a king bed in the master bedroom, a king in the beachfront guest bedroom, two queens in the back guest bedroom, and twin bunks in the bunkroom. It also boasts a large, fully-stocked kitchen making cooking-in a breeze (but of couse, cooking is optional!). The living room has a wrap-around sofa, and a Smart TV in case you need to spend some down time indoors. The bunk room is in the back, near the dedicated laundry room (which is very rare in Waterscape!). Need baby gear? We have you covered. There is a pack-n-play, high-chair, and all-terrain wagon to help!
