Waterscape Resort B520, Beachfront Condo with Ocean View

Very nice January Snowbird rental!

We rented a condo through Danica for a family vacation and it was wonderful! She appropriately sent us a condo that would fit the 4 of us comfortably and did not "over sell" us. Danica had excellent communication with us prior to us arriving. She even offered to buy our groceries for us prior to us arriving and had them waiting for us when we arrived. The last thing we wanted to do when we arrived in the Florida sunshine was to go to the grocery store. We had all the necessary codes and instructions on how to get into the condo with music playing, a beautiful view of the pool and Gulf and shirts for my kids with their initials on them. We loved Waterscape with the pools and direct access to the beach, beach chairs and beach toys provided. Go early in the morning to get a chair closer to the water. My kids also loved the bunk beds. Danica was very quick to respond during and after our trip with restaurant recommendations and rectified things as needed. The grills around the pool area were wonderful to have access to dinner, as well as the tiki bar for drinks/food during the day. A couple cons: only 1 heated pool, no salt/pepper in the condo, a small cleaning issue. We would love to come back in a couple years and maybe bring more of our family members to enjoy!

Very nice January Snowbird rental!

We were very pleased to stay in B520 at Waterscape managed by Danica. When we walked in the door we were greeted with a very nicely decorated, clean unit with beach music playing in the background. The things that cleaners often overlook like the seals on the clothes washing machine were spotless. It came equipped with the 'little things' that you don't know you really need until you really need them like a lighter for the grills, decent pot holders, beach chairs and a foldable wagon in the closet. The morning sun on the deck was nice and made it a pleasure to sit on the deck with cool air temperatures but bright sun. Workout rooms were available and not crowded during the month. The sidewalk along Santa Rosa Blvd is nice for a walk or a run. Our favorite restaurant, Stewby's is about a block away and a very nice Publix grocery store is only a couple minutes drive across the bridge. Beach is easy access through the beautiful courtyard.

A wonderful place to stay!

My family and I enjoyed the unit B520 for several days. Although the weather was not the most favorable for the beach during our stay, we enjoyed the facilities provided. The room was very clean and big enough for my family of four. With a short walk, there is access to restaurants nearby that we also enjoyed. If you have children, there is a great arcade close by as well. I will be recommending Waterscape to others as well. Thanks again, Danica; we'll be back!

Fantastic time

This was our second year visiting Waterscape with our three little boys. We stayed in B520. The one bedroom setup with bunks in the living room worked great for our family as it made bedtime seamless. The unit was clean and well-stocked. We took advantage of the grocery delivery and were very impressed with our shopper who put away our food and even washed our fruit for us!! Our oldest son loved having access to the kayak and paddle board. Overall we had a wonderful, smooth visit with absolutely no problems and look forward to coming back!

Wonderful visit!

Great vacation!

We had the best time at Waterscape! They had everything to keep the kids busy while we weren't on the beach! Our condo was exceptionally clean and beautiful! Danica is amazing to work with! We had a minor issue with our van and she was right there to help us solve the problem! Felt good to have people on your side since we were 18 hours from home! We can't wait to come back!!!

Our new vacation spot

We will be returning again! Danica is the best host I have had for any trip I've ever booked. She is easy to contact throughout your stay and makes sure you feel right at home. Her condo has everything you need, we didn't need to bring anything for the beach because it was all provided. Waterscape is a beautiful resort right off the beach. We found our set beach spot for future vacations. The kids would live at the pool!

Beautiful condo

My fiance and I went to celebrate a birthday with family. We all stayed at Waterscape. The condo we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and well kept. Super clean and it had everything you would need at your disposal. Danica was amazing from start to finish and was easily accessible if needed. The grounds are beautiful and the beaches of course are amazing. We had so much fun and would definitely go back. Thank you!

Majestic Stay

Just had the most enjoyable stay! We felt comfortable, safe and our condo (B520) was clean and tidy with lovely furnishings and particular attention to special details. Our ocean/pool views were amazing. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed and more! We did not need to rent a car and enjoyed our walks on the white sandy beach to local shops and restaurants. Danica was the most thoughtful and gracious host and was always super responsive throughout our planning process and during our stay. We enjoyed every moment of our trip to Waterscape and cannot wait to book our next visit with Danica!

Fun was had with /by Danica

This was our first time to rent from Danica at Waterscape and it will not be our last. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay with our 3 year old grandson. He thought he was a big boy by sleeping in the bunk bed. His favorite activity was our boat ride with where he helped "drive" the boat. Then he so enjoyed the crabs and sea shells! Danica makes the stay so easy and enjoyable!

Wonderful resort and host

We love staying at waterscape! It is a beautiful resort right on the beach. I'm not sure we could pick a favorite amenity--the pool side grills, lazy river, heated pool, and hot tubs! It is truly fun for all! We vacation a lot and Danica is one of the best hosts we've worked with. She communicates everything clearly, gets you in the unit as soon as possible, and is always available for questions, like what's the best pizza? Vinny McGuires and she was right, it was delicious!

This place has it all!

Amazing condo with everything you need for a perfect stay! The beach wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys were so nice to have. The pools were so fun for our toddler. Danica is an amazing host and thinks of everything! She was super helpful with recommendations and so quick to answer all our questions. I highly recommend booking a vacation here!

Old girls just want to have fun!!

You will never find a better place to go on a vacation. The unit is beautiful with great pool views. Very relaxing. Danica makes you feel very welcomed with a special surprise. Soft music is playing as you enter the condo. She supplies a cart to carry all of your pool gear. We didn't need them but there are pool toys and other things a family with children would appreciate having available on site. The mattresses are the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I could go on and on. This place is wonderful!!!

Family Vacation :)

We booked with Danica and she was nothing short of amazing. She helped in every way possible even through all of our chaos and changes. She is really easy to work with. Her rooms are beautiful! We stayed in B520 and the views were amazing. There were complimentary bags left for us which were beautiful. Overall the trip was amazing. We will definitely be booking with Danica in the future.

We started coming down ere a year ago and have fallen in love. These places are great, so convenient and super clean. Look forward to many more years!

Our first visit to Waterscape!

This was our first visit to Waterscape and it DID NOT disappoint!!

I have been following Danica on FaceBook for a while now and finally decided to book with her! The communication with her is so easy! When we arrived all of her instructions were simple and easy to follow. The condo was so clean and there was fun music playing on the IPOD! I have a teenager and a 5 year old and there was something for both of them at Waterscape! My son lived in the lazy river and the pool! We were able to catch dinner and a movie on the beach! So fun!! We missed the glow party which was a bummer, but the fireworks on the beach were amazing! There were so many preplanned events that you really didn't have to plan anything! We did run into some very cool things that we might try next summer. We saw a team on the beach that you can rent for an hour or so and they teach you how to build sand castles! I could literally go on and on about our trip!

I have been looking for a place where we could rent the same condo (or at least from the same person) every year and Danica is that person! We will definitely continue booking our yearly beach trip with her! 💕😊

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for us. 2 adults with 3 kids 9, 3, 11m. Very clean, very stocked. Extremely helpful info provided made things seamless. Danica is wonderful to work with. We would/will rent from her again. Pools were awesome for our kids of different ages. Water was a little rough for a couple days but we still managed a mini paddleboard experience. Highly recommend! Can't wait to go back!

We love Waterscape

This was our second trip to waterscape, our kiddos now 3 & 6. We love the resort! Our room was very nice, clean and well stocked. We greatly appreciated the early check in since our room was ready. The in unit full size washer and dryer are so convenient. I love returning home from vacation with everything already clean and dry! The heated pool was a life saver as it was windy and cool our entire trip. We ate at several restaurants and were delightfully surprised that there weren't waits. I'm already planning our next trip!

Spring Break

This was our first visit down south for Spring Break-the property itself was great-the warm pool and heated hot tubs. Even the gym was decent. The beach was awesome and the sand was the best we have ever seen. Danica had so many beach toys and shovels that the kids loved. We blew up the rafts and took them along when we rented a boat. Danica was so responsive to our texts as well. The condo fit us five perfectly and was really clean. The balcony had a great view of the ocean.

Best Family Vacation

Our Condo was amazing! We stayed in B520 and it was the perfect size for our family of 4. The facilities were kept clean across the entire waterscape property. Our Condo was well stocked with anything we would need during our stay.. we will be booking hopefully for the fall and we won't stay with anyone else!

B520 YES!

We love Waterscape and Unit B520. It has a beautiful view and great location. Danica had everything for you....the kitchen is stocked with everything and very organized throughout the condo. The decor is very nice. We loved the Ipod Playlist she has for you. The beach service is great also. Upon arrival she had a personalized beach bucket for our son....he loved it! This was very thoughtful. She also has a beach wagon and extra beach chairs.....we loved these. Overall...definitely 5 stars....Danica is extremely helpful and we for sure plan to rent from her again next year!

Great stay

Danica is a fantastic hostess. I have to admit that I was skeptical that I was going to be caught in a scam by avoiding the bigger name rental companies but the personal treatment was even better. The condo had everything we needed and more and her tips of favorite places was very helpful to these out of state visitors. While we wish Waterscape itself had been less under construction, we loved the easy access to the beach and heated pool. My teens are already hoping for a repeat trip.

Owner Reponse: Hi Megan! I am terribly sorry you got caught up in our Lazy River maintenance. We would prefer this be completed in winter months, but labor is short these days and demand is sky high. We have to take the pool repair crews when we can get them. I am so glad you guys still enjoyed your trip. You guys were awesome guests. We had a great stay

Our stay was great! The kids had a great time being able to pick between playing on the beach and in the pools each day. Danica was awesome. She is very responsive, offered extra fun things for our trip and was very sweet to our kids. We'd highly recommend renting from her and look forward to getting to come back soon!!

Our first visit to Waterscape

We found Waterscape Resort a few years ago while visiting the area and knew we wanted stay there. This is the perfect vacation spot for young & retirees! The condo B520 was perfect. The view of the Gulf & resort pool area from the balcony is amazing! The condo was spotless, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of pots, pans & dishes, glassware & serving pieces. Danica thought of everything! She was a delight to work with from beginning to end. Just a text message away & very prompt to answer. I would definitely stay here again.

B520 was great!

We stayed in B520. Great view of pool amenities and Gulf. Danica (owner) was responsive and detailed in all her communications from the onset. Her email communications proactively answered many of the questions I had about staying in B520 and Waterscape amenities. The unit itself was very clean and well stocked to get started with your vacation. Unit comes with travel size sundries, toilet paper and initial stock of dishwashing and washer/dryer needs. Although we didn't use the sand toys, wagon or beach chairs, they were available. Furnishings were very nice and bunk beds were available in the living room area. Easy access to the beach was fabulous. I appreciated the tight security on amenity use as a "security" guard checked for wristbands regularly. B520 was a great unit to stay in and Waterscape is an outstanding resort. Pool amenities are top notch, as chemicals were checked each morning before the sun rose. Danica is/was a fabulous host and I look forward to working with her again!

I'm not even sure where to start...

EVERYTHING about this condo was perfect! From the view to the decor and everything between. Anything and everything you can think of is stocked in this condo. 2 different coffee makers, electric bottle opener, waffle maker, pots, pans, all sorts of dishes and that's just to name a few. Having a 5 year old, we usually have to pack sooo much stuff for the beach, but not this time. She has a wagon to carry everything in, all sorts of sand toys, shovels, pool noodles...we couldn't ask for more. Oh and to top it off when we walked in Danica had a homemade Christmas ornament with our family's last name as well as a beach bucket with my sons name on it. He was so super excited about that. You can just tell she really cares for her guests. We will definitely be back!!

Where to even begin.😜

We just got back home from our vacation at Waterscape. We stayed in B520, which was perfect for our family. Our little boy (3) LOVED the sand bucket Danica left for him with his name on it. It made him feel so special! Also, the balcony had tons of beach toys for him to play with, so we didnt even have to pack our own stuff which was super handy & a bonus in my eyes. There was a beach wagon tucked away in the closet for us to pull down to the beach. Our 5 month old daughter felt like big stuff riding in it while big brother had a blast pulling her. It was also helpful to get our gear down to the beach. The room was well maintained, clean, and equipped with everything we needed and more. The view of the pools and water were beautiful! Danica was very accommodating and always a quick call or text away if need be. She was happy to answer any questions and give recommendations for things to do/eat in the area. If contemplating whether or not to book Waterscape with Danica- DO IT!! 😊 We will be back very soon.

First Waterscape Vacay!

We rented B520 thru Danica for 5 nights and we had a great time! The condo was nice and clean. It had a gulf and pool view. There was always something for all ages to do from the lazy river, to the multiple pool areas and hot tubs. We mainly try different local restaurants while on vacation but there are gas grills around the pool area for those who like to stay onsite. The tiki hut on-site was great for lunch/snack/drink options! The daily beach chair/umbrella rental and daily paddle board/kayak rental that Danica provides for her units is awesome! We can't wait to return to one of Danica's units at Waterscape!

Fall Break Away Vacay

We lucked up on a last minute availability! Danica offered quick and friendly customer service to her guests. The included chair rentals was an added perk. The condo had all of the essentials we needed.

Glorious week at the beach

We had the best family vacation yet renting from Danica at Waterscape!! The condo was great, view from the balcony was great, and Danica was very responsive before, during, and after our stay! We really enjoyed the beach chair and umbrella service and trying a kayak on the ocean for the first time! The pools and hot tubs were fabulous and a great thing to enjoy after a full day on the beach. We can't wait to go back!!
