Waterscape is located on the Florida Panhandle in the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach area in one of the most popular resorts on the Gulf Coast. This resort has all the perks you'd expect from a 5-star resort, plus many that you haven't yet considered. With some of the most beautiful beach views in the resort, Waterscape B402 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit with an additional bunk room. From the patio there is an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico with miles and miles of white, sugary-white beaches. This unit is on the east side of the front of the B building, with incredible sunrise views. The living room, master bedroom, and one guest bedroom all open to the spacious patio, where views will repeatedly take your breath away.
This condo comes into under my care on March 15, 2026. We will have some awesome upgrades, including new patio furniture, new colorful bedding and linens, and some new decor. It's amazing now, but we have some awesome new things in store. This condo has a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the front guest bedroom, a queen in the second guest bedroom, and twin bunks in the bunkroom. It also boasts a large, fully-stocked kitchen making cooking-in a breeze (but of couse, cooking is optional!). The living room has a full-size sofa that converts to a Queen size sofa bed, a love seat, and a Smart TV in case you need to spend some down time indoors. The bunk room is in the back. Need baby gear? We have you covered. There is a pack-n-play, high-chair, and all-terrain wagon to help!
