Credit card transactions are very costly. Here, you can pay with e-check for FREE! Using this form is just like mailing me a check--except I never see your account info. It will take a few days for the money to move out of your account.

Looking to pay by Credit Card? Cards cost lots of extra money to swipe. Rental transactions are usually several thousand dollars. Fees on those kinds of swipes are a couple hundred bucks. That is WHY I offer e-check. I don’t want to build that kind of fluff into my rates when free payment options are available, because it increases your cost at the end of the day. I set out to provide beach vacations without added fees--- no admin fees, booking fees, service fees, I have seen them all! Paying by e-check is your part to keep your costs lower. If you want to stray from my normal processes, you will have to cover the added costs, in this case, 5%. I will need to invoice you separately, and you will have to request us to do this.

Here are some quirky requirements:

1. Use two capital letters for the STATE field. (Example: Florida = FL) Sometimes your computer fills this out and adds a space you can't see. You will get an error until it is corrected.
2. Do not put a "$" in the payment amount.
3. Put the .00 at the end of the payment amount. (Example 250.00)
