Best Vacation Ever

My family and I had the pleasure of renting from Danica for our vacation! The room was beautiful and we loved everything about the property! I highly recommend visiting Waterscape! We are already making plans for our next visit!

Better than Home

I don't even know where to start. This was our 3rd stay with Danica. Each visit gets better. There is nothing needed that she doesn't provide or have available, other than you clothes & personal necessities, but she'd arrange to have them delivered if needed. We will continue to make this a yearly visit at the least Thank you so much for everything!

Family Vacay!

Danica's condo was absolutely beautiful! We walked into the room with beach music playing! I don't know why but that really just set the mood for fun and relaxation! The beds were all very comfortable--even the pull out couch mattress was amazing! Having chair and umbrella rental every day we were there was so nice. All the toys, wagon, extra chairs and umbrellas were great! We knew the itinerary for the resort, all week, which made it so nice to plan around. We attended the glow party and that was the highlight of the trip! I could truly go on and on about this resort and condo! There is not a single thing that I can come up with that was less than perfect! We will 1000% be back and staying at one of Danicas condos!!

Family Vacay!

Loved everything about our stay at Waterscape A219! Condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Danica was friendly and very easy to communicate with. Can't beat the proximity of this unit to the pool deck! Grandkids especially loved the kiddie pool area, perfect for little ones! Great stay for the whole family!

2023 Summer Vacation!

Sun, sand, and sea---it's the life for meeeee

This is the second year we've stayed at Waterscape in one of Danica's condos. They've both been clean, adorably decorated and perfect for our families. We absolutely love the amenities that Waterscape has to offer. The beach chair set up and kayaks/paddle boards are super fun additions. Even my toddler didn't want to leave to go home.

Why we keep returning

Waterscape is our happy place. We have 6 children which is pure, beautiful chaos on vacation (who am I kidding, it's not just on vacation lol). Waterscape keeps our kids busy! This week there were red and double red flags all week. Even though disappointing we still had so many things to choose from right at our fingertips. The kids played for HOURS in the multiple pools, hopping from one pool/hot tub to the next all day long. They also got airbrush tattoos, ice cream, attended movie night, watched a duck race, and had the chance to do many other things without having to leave the area. Danica is wonderful and will help with anything you need throughout your stay. This was our 3rd year staying with her and we wouldn't go anywhere else. We travel over 12 hours, in one van, with 8 people (3 of those being 5 or under) to get to Waterscape which says a lot. We can't wait to come back next year!

Great Rental Experience!

We stayed in A219. The condo was clean and well appointed. We had plenty of room for our group of 6. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, and the washer and dryer are a great addition. The condo is on the second level, so it's just a couple doors down from the upper pool deck, and the kiddie pool. My kids really enjoyed the lazy river on the lower level, as well. There was a ton of beach toys available in our unit, along with 2 chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart. If you want a front row seat on the beach, you will have to reserve your spot and pay extra $ per day, they had the free chairs on the back row. I would highly recommend having Danica take you out on a pontoon. Our group had a blast, and she knew just the right spots to take us. This was the second time renting from Danica, and the next time we come to Ft. Walton, we will stay in one of her condos again. You can't go wrong, and you'll be glad you went with Waterscape Rentals by Owner.

A wow experience!

What an amazing resort. So many fun water features for the kids and the adults. The beach was sensational and so relaxing. Danica was a pleasure to work with. She made it so easy for us to kick back and relax. The condo was well kept and very clean as well. We are looking foreword to going back again soon! Thanks Danica and Waterscape 😃

Love our annual visits

We love our annuals visits down to the Waterscape, and Danica is the best to work with. Our room was ready when we got there and had everything we would need, and some. She makes our vacations so easy! Waterscape is also the best for our group. We love the children area, and the heated pool. The beach being only steps away also makes this location perfect. There are grills which makes lunches easy for us. We can stay onsite and have everything we need. We won't book with anyone else at waterscape!

Wonderful Waterscape

Being a tourist from out of state, I think most people want value, communication, and cleanliness. Danica hit it out of the ballpark in all areas. Unbelievable communication and support, very very clean unit that was thoughtfully designed and more thoughtfully organized to support a vacation experience. Everything as advertised for a great family experience (family of 5).

Perfection

We stayed a week in A219 and it was absolutely perfect! Our condo was ready early and it was perfect timing as we had just made it to Ft. Walton. Music greeted us when we got into our condo and it was so fun! Danica provided very thorough instructions with her welcome packet and she is very easy to get ahold of, very quick response time! As for Waterscape, the resort is great with all the amenities! The pools are great and being right on the beach is even better!

Perfect as always

Great unit and the best location. Everything we wanted and more than we needed. There were 7 of us this time and although the weather was a bit chilly, we had a blast. I can't say enough good things! We plan on coming back in October. I think that will be our 12th visit.

Waterscape A219

I booked a last-minute trip to Waterscape in August 2022 and it was absolutely gorgeous! (Unit A219) Danica was so wonderful about working with us, provided very thorough information about all kinds of activities and was extremely professional/passionate about her job! The heated pools, hot tubs, lazy river and splash pads were so much fun for us. It’s super convenient to be able to walk right across from the pools to the beach, where we already had a table and chairs set up for us daily. The condo was EXTREMELY nicely decorated, completely. Can't wait to go back again.

10 year old slumber party fun!

Had a wonderful weekend celebrating our daughter's 10th birthday. She had a slumber party and the girls had an amazing weekend. Thank you for the wonderful experience Danica!

Best Beach Weekend

We had the best little beach weekend in A219💙 It was the easiest booking experience from the moment we booked until we left. The condo was decorated so cute and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be booking again soon!

Two visits, going for number 3!

Clean, comfortable, cozy unit, friendly pool people, great card games, and a delightful dancing hostess named Danica. Communication was top notch, tips on best dining places, and best live music reviews also by dancing Danica!! But the crown of all was our pontoon ride with our friends. Again: the best experience!

We've stayed at Waterscape many times and it doesn't get old! A219 met all of our needs and wants and you can't beat the location. We swam in the pools, the lazy River, and the ocean. The youngest learned to boogie board this trip and the eldest perfected her snorkeling. A wonderful week in a nice clean condo with all the stuff we need without any hassle. Highly recommend!

Kitty Hawk kites LOVES DANICA!!!! We had a lot of special requests, and a very tight budget. She met every need beyond expectations, via text and email she was incredibly responsive and effective. Best Rental We've Ever Had

Fabulous just simply doesn't describe the unit we stayed at A219. The music playing when we walked in- the gift- everything was extra clean- very responsive to all my questions. I've never (and I rent A LOT) had such a pleasant experience from a host. Danica, thank you for the extra steps you take to go above and beyond. We had the best time!

Excellent experience

In anticipation of a week in Destin to attend our son's graduation at Elgin AF Base, I searched for a place to stay that I had confidence that we wouldn't have any issues or surprises when we arrived. After reading many, many reviews on different properties, hotels, etc., I was excited to find Danica's website for Waterscape. All the reviews were positive and satisfied customers. I contacted Danica with our dates and received a prompt reply. A couple of months later our plans expanded and we needed to stay longer. Again, I texted Danica and received a quick reply with a solution. We did have to change rooms in the middle of our stay but with the late notice we were thankful to be able to stay at Waterscape the full time. Danica made sure our transition to the new room was as smooth as possible. The room(s) were clean and everything was as described. The wagon and the beach chairs were an appreciated addition. Danica always responded quickly to our inquiries and her website is very informative about Waterscape and the area. We all enjoyed the Waterscape facilities and the ease of access to the beach. Our five year old granddaughter especially enjoyed the lazy river. I would highly recommend staying with Danica and hope we have the opportunity to return sometime.

Great Family Vacation Location

Our family of five stayed at A219 and it was great. The location of the condo was perfect to get to the pools and the beach was just a few minutes walking distance away from the condo door. Danica was great to work with, provides great recommendations and we would definitely rent from her again! The condo was stocked with all of the sand toys we needed and the chair service on the beach was perfect too. The entire trip exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this condo and resort for a fun vacation or even a quick getaway!

First Family Beach Trip Success

This was our first extended family beach trip and first time for our young kiddos. Danica made the whole experience easy breezy from helping us find a unit within out price range and explaining all the amenities leading up to our stay. The building itself was amazing. I especially appreciated the wide hallways allowing for plenty of room for carts/kids/beach toys to pass by each other without issue. Everything was generally easy access and the balconies are situated so you feel more secluded and not staring at neighbors. Our unit with Danica was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We had so much fun I imagine we'll be booking there again for the next time we venture down to the Gulf Coast. Waterscape was amazing...not only was it beautiful, clean, and spacious, it was a great location. It is a wonderful family atmosphere- there were so many things for our three year old grandson to do!!!!!

What a great vacation!

My family had a great vacation at Waterscape Rentals by Owner. The owner Danica was available if we needed her, but she prepares everything so well beforehand our family didn't need a thing. We stayed in condo A219. It was spacious and very clean upon arrival. It's also very convenient to the level 2 pools and the parking garage. Everything extra that's available to use in the condo makes vacationing (especially with kids) so much easier. My family loved all the pools at Waterscape, but especially the lazy river. We were able to walk to plenty of restaurants. We'll definitely book with Waterscape Rentals by Owner again.

A219 + Danica = 5⭐️

We met Danica last year when trying to find a condo for Labor Day weekend. She did not have anything available but helped us find a rental thru another owner. I immediately decided We would plan our vacations to book thru her going forward. She helped us when she didn’t have to. Fast forward to this trip and she still continues to impress. She messaged at noon on our way here that our condo was ready. I asked about boating and she quickly referred us to someone nearby. Then when we arrived and walked in our Condo we had a monogrammed beach bag with our Family name on it. A219 is very bright and inviting and was cleaned to perfection. No negative issues at all. Perfect Vacation!

Waterscape is such a great place to vacation. This is our 5th time staying here. This is our first time staying in an outside facing room. It was still very convenient to the pools and grills. I highly recommend staying at waterscape and booking through Danica!

Great Experience

Danica was super easy to work with. She worked to find condos for 3 different families so that our vacations each overlapped. Her communication was terrific every step of the way. Our condo was clean and tidy, with small details like the radio on calming vacation music as we walked in.

We very much appreciated having the two beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart. Our kids enjoyed using the boogie boards (we forgot to pack them!)

Sand Castles

My family loved our stay here. First time renting through Danica and visiting Florida. Everything was perfect from the time we walked in and the music was playing, so very inviting. To soaking up the sun and building sand castles with our kiddos. Loved all the sand toys and wagon! We will for sure be returning.

Great Spring Break Vacay

We just had a beautiful Spring Break Vacation at Waterscape in A219! The unit was beautiful, spacious, furnished and clean! We had a group of 5 people including an infant. The unit was fully stocked with updated appliances, beach toys, pack n play, high chair, towels. We packed way more than we needed thanks to Danica fully furnishing a beautiful condo! Danica was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. She even had a gift for my boys when we arrived! (Custom sand buckets) Even with the water so cold we enjoyed the big pool, lazy river, kiddie play area and sandy white beach! We look forward to staying here again in the future and renting from Danica!

White Sand - White Mountaineous Dunes

Danica was the perfect host. She was on standby to answer any question I had. We stayed in the first floor unit A219. It was close to the parking lot, pool and had a slight beach view if you stood on your toes. Hahaha. It was one of the cleanest and spacious units we have stayed in. We are from SC and used to smaller condos. We had so much room. It was AMAZING. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed plus more. There was a washer/dryer in unit if we needed it.

We walked to the pier many times and enjoyed our strolls on the beach. It was chilly while we were there and made good use of our time. Destin Beach is just a stones throw away and we visited The Boat House, Boat Docks and the Boardwalk. I would recommend these places to anyone visiting. The oysters at the Boat House were my favorite. Also, the drive there was beautiful. The Sand Dunes were white and like mountains. We do not have those in SC. I was in AWE.Don't think twice about renting this unit. Danica will hook you up and accommodate your every need. HAVE FUN and RELAX. WE WILL BE BACK!!

So much fun

This is our 3rd stay at Waterscape and we can’t imagine a better resort. Close to shopping, restaurants, beach and pools plus the beach chair service is a lifesaver! We stayed in A219 and we loved the easy access to the heated pool and splash pad! No elevator needed and the exit door was diagonal to our room. This room came with top notch service such as the awesome beach cart, things for the kids and our favorite was the super early check in that was available! I was impressed with how clean the unit was, the kitchen items were clean and had everything we needed. My husband liked the real grills onsite that were clean in the days when we cooked dinner. On the first day, we had an issue with our wrist bands breaking and we quickly received replacements right at our door. We can't wait for our next visit!

Awesome weekend getaway!!

Danica was wonderful to work with. This condo has everything you need to make your trip enjoyable. This was a very last minute get away and it did not disappoint. The beach service that is included with your stay was wonderful. The condo also has everything that you need from chairs to beach toys. Which makes a spur of the moment trip wonderful. Didn't have to pack much. Danica is also very knowledgeable of all of the wonderful local spots to eat and to listen to live music. Can't wait to return again soon!!

Would book here again

We stayed in A219. This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed at the beach. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked, bed were very comfy, washer and dryer were excellent, bath tub was giant, and air conditioner worked well. The view was mostly the parking lot of the hotel next door so we didn’t go on the deck very much. If you like people and meeting new friends, this is the condo for you. So many people and we were there in October. Pool area was clean, heated pool was nice, lots of seating at the beach (get there around 6am if you want a front row spot). We had so much fun with the paddle board (included in our rental). Danica had a ton of beach toys available in our unit, along with 2 chairs, another umbrella, and a beach cart. If we decide to go back to Fort Walton, I would not hesitate to book with Danica again.

Had a great week and couldn't be more pleased with our room and the property. We had everything we needed and then some! We've already booked our return trip.

Fall Break Fun

We had the best time at Waterscape! This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella along with the extra chairs and cart made our days at the beach easy. The condo was nice. All the pools and grills were pretty much right out the door from A219. Danica took us out for an adventure that the kids (and adults) absolutely loved. Several restaurants within walking distance and a grocery about a half mile away…so convenient.

First Family Vacation!

My wife found Danica's rental page through a local Destin fan page. I'm so glad we decided to book with her! Our room was in an excellent location close to the kiddie pool for our toddler to be able to have a short walk to enjoy it. The condo itself was so clean and inviting! Smelled and looked great, and Danica even had some beach music playing for us as we entered to set the "vacation" mood. We will definitely be booking with her again for our next vacation!

2 moms + 6 kids

We had the best mini vacation! Danica made the trip incredibly easy for us. My friend and I decided to take our 6 kids (that are ages 6 years- 8 months) to the beach on 3 days notice! My absolute favorite thing was the fact that she grocery shopped for us. We sent her our list and she had everything put up in the condo when we got there. Next my personal favorite thing was the fact that the condo already had a pack-n-play, high chair, beach toys, cart, and chairs. The less we had to pack and tote to and from was a huge deal for us with all the kids. This is our third time at waterscape and we are definitely booking with Danica again next year. You don't get the person-to-person interaction and amenities when you book through Vacasa, Vrbo, or the other sites. It was nice to know she was just a text away if we had any needs arise. Looking forward to next year!

Great place!

Me and my family stayed in one of Danica's condo and everything was just great! Easy check in and out, clean, great communication and the resort is very nice and super easy access to the beach!

This place was so kid friendly! The multiple pools, play areas, and access to the beach were fantastic.

Mom and Daughter Trip

The condo was clean and equipped well. Easy access to pool. The garage a little dimly lit, but as usual by the last day we found easier access to everything! Remotes were fussy but didn't spend much time in condo. Hope to visit again.

Amazing Condo

This condo was incredible! It had everything we needed even toys and chairs for the beach! There were 8 of us and there was plenty of space. We could sit on the patio and see the ocean and even enjoyed the fireworks right from there! Looking forward to returning.

All the little touches

We traveled with a large group of people who all stayed at Waterscape. Most of the others went through a large unnamed sight and all were jealous by the end of the trip. To start, the communication prior to the trip was great. A week before we received an email with all the necessary information. We were the tour guides for all the others as they received no communication and had no idea where things were. Throughout our stay we had everything we needed that we didn't think of. From the water toys, beach cart, cooler we had it all. We tried many of Danica's recommendations on the website and they were all spot on. From renting the pontoon, the pirate ship, to eating at Stewby's, and more. All were great. Overall a great trip and a great place to stay. We will definitely be renting from Danica next time we're in Destin

Wonderful!!

This unit is everything it says and more. Spacious and fun decor. Traveling with a senior (me), two 23 yr old's and their toddler, plus 3 teens. Two teens in the bunks which they loved and grandson loved the couch sleeper. Said it was comfy! Multiple access to the deck was great with so many folks. Toddler enjoyed many trips by the fire trucks to the hotel next door. Two thoughts - if you have teens interested in the Tuesday night party at Fuddpuckers (tiki hut), it is NOT on property. It is clear across town. Big disappointment for them! Secondly, the washer dryer is a stackable but there is a stool between the wall and the unit to reach the top. Danica was great with communication and her last email packet included almost anything you could want for info. We ended up arriving in two different vehicles hours apart due to a late rental car. First group got the limo driver who knew where in the heck to drop off. I had no idea. So when the directions say go past the office, to enter it means enter right there! Follow the little curved drive, turn right through the gate and you're able to get to the parking ramp. :):) Margaritaville is always a great place to eat but no reservations and our first try was a 2 hour wait. Gift shop is tiny. Had a fantastic dolphin experience with "Screaming Eagle" and would highly recommend them. We all loved the Gulfaquarium but it is outside and very warm. Go early. Would highly recommend this unit as well as any other Danica offers. Best experience ever!

Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome basket! Super sweet and thoughtful of host. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Spacious bathroom/bedrooms. We truly enjoyed our time with our family in your place. Thank you!

Awesome Condo

A219 was amazing from the moment we walked in! We appreciated all the small details like music playing as we entered, personalized sand buckets, cleanliness and all needed appliances. The location of this condo was perfect, especially with little kids because we were steps from the kids pool area. Being ground level was amazing and although it said limited view we still enjoyed the balcony with a small view of the water and fireworks at night!

We had an awesome time at waterscape! We had room A219 and loved the easy access to the pool area. Wonderful place to get away! Danica was very prompt and made the process easy beginning to end! Always available to answer our questions!

Waterscape adventure!

Waterscape was so much fun and incredibly family friendly. The amazing pools made it easy with kids. The beach cart and having chairs on the beach made it more manageable as far as carrying everything down. Danica was a pleasure to work with and was extremely helpful. The information she provided was very detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We will definitely be back. This was perfect with having two little girls under the age of three. Between the easy beach access and multiple pools to choose from.

Best vacay ever!

I feel like I hit the jackpot finding Danica and Waterscape. My BFFs and I planned to visit Destin for my 50th birthday. The property and Danica's homey touches did not disappoint. The condo, the pools, the beach on property were all 5 star! We also got to meet Danica in person and head out on a boat tour of Destin. She is so fun! It was a fantastic vacation and I can't wait to return! Thanks a bazillion for your hard work and efforts Danica!

Best Vacation Ever

We were in town for a cheer competition, and this location was very convenient to our venue, as well as EVERYTHING in the Ft Walton-Destin area. The resort has everything & then some that you really don't even have to leave. The heated pool was the BEST thing ever with the weather we had. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in this area that you look no further than Waterscape! We will definitely be back.

A Coastal Catch

Danica's condo was beautiful, clean, and convienent. The condo was stocked all the family beach essentials including toys, a beach cart, and a wagon! Our young daughters loved the special bunk room and we were delighted when it was time for meals to find a high chair in the closet! So helpful! The amenities and Waterscape were wonderful! Toddler splash pad, a heated pool, and clean poolside grills! We hope to come back soon!

Best Family Vacation Spot

Danica's condo at the Waterscape Resort was the best vacation we have ever been on. It was so clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy a stress free week including beach toys and gear!! Our four kids (ages 10 months, 2 years, 5 years, and 13 years) and my sister, who is 16, enjoyed the pools! The walkways to the beach made it so convenient to take all of our things and the babies to the beach! We can't wait to visit again and will definitely be booking with Danica and Waterscape!

Second Visit awesome too!

This is our second time staying at Waterscape and it just keeps getting better. Waterscape is a beautiful resort on the white sand beach that is located conveniently within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, parks, the Gulfarium as well as miniature golf and an ice cream parlor. The condo unit is beautiful and relaxing with 2 king suites with deluxe bathrooms as well as a cute bunk room for the kids, all tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could think of or need, and then some extras. Now the best part of renting at Waterscape is working with Danica! She is so eager and easy to work with you to make your stay great. She is always on the go and so full of energy, and one of the nicest person you ever want to meet. We have already booked our next year vacation with her. She is the Best!

YES YES YES!

We used Danica and went for our first time last October. You will not find anything better. My four grandchildren loved it, and she was always hands on, and answering any of our calls or questions, even after we reached our destination. Danica recommended restaurants nearby, and each one was a great experience. The condo was exceptionally clean, and you can even use some of her personal things for the beach. All she ask is that you take care of her personal belongings, and keep the condo clean just like you would if it was your own. We plan to go back again. In fact, I need to get with her to book it!!

Worry-free getaway

Love the layout of this condo (A219)— it was ideal to share with each bedroom having identical features of king beds, balcony access and spacious bathrooms. The half bath was a bonus and the bunk area perfect, large enough for our preteen and teen. This was also the best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in with a variety of cookware and beach supplies. I do wish the balcony furniture was a little upgraded to go with the rest of the condo — most people may not spend a lot of time out there, but we like sitting outside. The location of the condo is directly across the hall from the heated pool. Between that and the two spacious hot tubs, we spent most of our time in the water - in December! Thank you for treating your guests like VIPs — there was really nothing to do but relax!

Most perfect place to stay

This was the most perfect place to stay! The location is phenomenal, right in the middle between Destin and Fort Walton Beach, on Okaloosa Island. I absolutely LOVED that we had a parking garage, and were able to park right on the floor where our unit was. The parking garage is gated, which makes you feel more secure with your vehicle parked there. Our unit was spotless, large and roomy, and had everything we could have needed supplied for us. Loads of kitchen gadgets, pot & pans, toaster, coffee pots, etc...and we loved having beach toys and a beach cart accessible to haul everything to the beach! What was so great, as well...It was quiet! You don't hear the neighbors! We heard nothing from either side of us, not above us or below us! I don't think I ever stayed in a condo where you didn't hear "noise" from next door, or over and under. That was amazing to us! Danica, thank you so much for your hospitality, and for making the entire process so incredibly easy. It was such a pleasure working with you, and being able to meet you while we were there. I HIGHLY recommend Waterscape Rentals by Owner, and I promise you, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back. We had a wonderful time!

This is 5-stars!

My grandchildren loved the different pools and options besides the beach. The restaurants located within walking distance were all delicious. You have a service station on the corner. A Waffle House next door. A gulf aquarium down the street and many other restaurants. Two grocery stores within short distances. We felt safe and secure at all times. The condo was very clean and we tried to abide by all of the rules and regulations, and be respectful of some one else's property. We will definitely be back. I also loved the ability to share toys and the beach stroller that was there at the condo. So much easier to pack and not bring duplicates. Plus we loved being able to put up a tent anywhere on the beach and that two chairs and an umbrella were included in our package. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

LOVED!!!

First let me start off with how amazing Danica is! She is super responsive and willing to help with anything! We unfortunately were there when hurricane Sally came through. The bulk of our vacation was unfortunately spent inside due to the hurricane. I texted Danica multiple times throughout our stay and she was amazing to help us find things to do with with our kids. The property at Waterscape is immaculate! As soon as the hurricane cleared the maintenance and grounds crews were out cleaning up and setting things back to normal. Our two younger kids LOVED the bunk room and the oldest loved getting a room to herself! The pools are AMAZING! I’ve never seen such awesome swimming facilities for kids. There’s literally something to do for every age range! The walk to the beach is beautiful but can be a little much when the pool area is crowded. (There could have been a different way to go but we didn’t find it). I will say that when trying to find our room there wasn’t a lot of signage so it took some navi gating however once we found where we were supposed to go the first time it was a breeze. We will definitely be back! Thank you Danica!!!!

Great Place

Perfect location and the kids loved all of the pools available at waterscape (we hardly made it to the beach, they loved it that much lol). Danica was great throughout the entire process and quickly available through texts if anything was needed.

First Florida Vacation!

It is my pleasure to write a review on my recent vacation I had. I rented a condo from Danica Connell at Waterscape Condos. She made my whole trip worth every second I had there. I sent an email to her and she contacted me within minutes. From our first conversation, we clicked. She treated me with such kindness and promised me I would have a dream vacation, as I have never been there before. She did exactly that......it was an amazing experience all due to Danica. She even made a point to leave me a special personalized gift waiting for me when I reached the condo. She came to meet me in person on the beach so we could get a picture together!! I could go on about Danica forever she is that amazing. The condo was also beautiful and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. I'm already planning my next vacation with Danica and I believe I've found my every summer place!!

Beach Vacay 2020

Danica's condos at Waterscape provide the perfect setting for a beach vacation whether it be for family fun or chillin' with the girls. Clean beach, clear water, and the resort property is top notch!

Clean condo, great location!

The condo (A219) was beautifully decorated. It was very clean and spacious. A short walk to the pool and beach. Parking is close by too. Danica made the booking process super easy. We all had a fabulous time. Looking forward to going back!!

Absolutely loved everything about our vacation!! Loved the room (A219). It was clean, spacious, fully stocked, and the beds were comfortable! The ground floor location made it convenient to the pools, parking garage, exercise room and beach! Loved the resort! The pools/lazy river were amazing. The hot tubs are good and hot! You can get food or drinks at Fuddpuckers snack shop at the pool. Loved working with Danica! She is so organized and makes everything a breeze! She answered any questions I had. She gives you advice and tips! I would definitely recommend booking through her and definitely recommend Waterscape!

Quick Fun Family Getaway

This is the second time we have rented from Danica and have loved every minute. The condo is clean and had everything we needed in it including a beach cart. Danica is available for any questions or needs you have any time of the day and always promptly responds. I would recommend and rent from her again if staying at waterscape.

Quick Fun Family Getaway

Very nice accommodations. Just returned from a 4-day, 5-night stay in A219. We had a great stay and a great time. The Waterscape property as a whole is truly a gem. The landscaping, pool area, and communal areas are all top notch. The walk over to the beach is nice and convenient as well. The unit itself was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. We found everything we needed to be in place and in working order. We arrived to a goody bag of snacks from the property manager (Danica) which our kids loved. We utilized Shelley to grocery shop and deliver groceries to the condo before our arrival, and this service is worth every penny (Danica will give you her info if you rent). The communication by Danica is excellent. She delivers clear and concise information, and we never had any questions about what we needed to do. Overall we had a great experience here.

Fantastic area, well located and accessible. Great unit, loved the floor plan, decor. Very comfortable. We would definitely return. This is the place to stay if you’re coming to the area!!!

Fall break

This being the first time we’ve visited in October we didn’t know what to expect. The temperature was a lot cooler but still very comfortable. The condo was exactly as described and met all of our expectations. The water very calm and clear.

Best condo at Waterscape!

Danica is a pleasure to work with! We will most certainly be back! This isn’t our first time at Waterscape but this is by far the BEST, CLEANEST condo we have stayed in. The whole ambience of it is wonderful! From the music and ambient lighting when we walked in to the personalized beach towels for our boys. We LOVE IT! Perfect family getaway!

We stayed in A312 and it was perfect. We were greeted by ambient lighting and the best beach playlist upon entry. Nothing was missing- the condo was well stocked. Plenty of kid friendly and beach items. Mid level room which was perfect. Cozy furniture, bedrooms and bathrooms and common areas were beautiful and comfortable. Danica is a true gem. She is so so kind and sweet and helpful. I feel like she is an old friend already. She’s just a text away if you need anything! She’s amazing!

Best Vacation Rental Experience EVER!

The best vacation rental experience we’ve ever had! The property was perfect for our family. The condo was very clean and decorated so nicely. It had everything we needed and then some! The owner was so helpful and communicated all the important details with us and responded quickly to any questions we had!! I have already recommended to all my friends and am planning to return next year!

Great for the Family!

This was a great vacation for our family and our daughter's 15th birthday. We would love to come again next summer for sure. The master bedroom bed king size was so comfortable going to email separately to find out what the mattress was and what the topper was as well. Great stay lots of fun.

Lovely condo, perfect for our getaway!

We made a last minute trip with the family. This condo accommodated our family of six well. It was so convenient to be able to walk straight out to the top deck of the pool area, and it was also conveniently located to the parking garage.

Excellent Place

We enjoyed the condo greatly! Love the setup of it and the resort! If I would say anything about it some areas could be cleaned alittle better but overall a wonderful stay!!! Will return!!!

Lovely Facility

Well maintained facility! Loved the hot tubs! Going off season was great for us, and there weren’t crowds to contend with.

Good location within Waterscape. Easy trek to the pools and the beach.

This home is well appointed. I would have given it 5 stars if we were told in advance their wouldn’t be a hairdryer available so we could bring one. The owner communicates ina timely manner. Also, this is not particular to this unit but Waterscape as a whole, the guys responsible for the beach chairs were real jerks to us and especially to my leadership parents. Totally disappointed with the beach service but the rest of our stay was delightful.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at this condo. It’s location within the resort is perfect for pool and beach access. The condo was beautifully decorated and well kept. Everything was clean and fresh! The owners are friendly and accommodating. We have stayed at this condo before and it doesn’t disappoint. We had a great vacation!

Awsome condo! Convenient to have a parking garage. 2nd level room walks straight out to pool level. Most amenities you could think of needing are provided.

Condo is great, location is excellent for pool and toddler area (no elevator). View is now obstructed from beach from recent construction of new building but it didn't bother us. We were on the beach early.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time at this resort. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and had plenty of room for us. The kitchen was well-stocked. We appreciated the unit's convenience to the parking garage and pool. The resort pool was amazing and everything was well-maintaine

Had a wonderful stay at Waterscape A219!

The owners were great to deal with, very responsive to my questions about the place, and made the whole rental process very easy. We stayed for a week in July at this unit and had a wonderful time! The kids had a wonderful time in the splash pad area and in the zero-entry-pool with the waterfall. The lazy river was also nice. With the many pools, you never felt crowded, even though the beach was almost empty. Only problem was a shortage of available pool chairs, and I’m sure that was a result of everyone retreating from the beach.

This unit was very nice, with two king master suites, and bunk beds for the kids. The two and half baths were great too, both full baths had large showers and tubs, with plenty of counter space. The kitchen was sort of small, but we didn’t really do any cooking other than using the toaster and microwave. The Balcony was nice, and large though not much of a view, which was all that could have made it better. We could see some of the fireworks shot from the nearby pier one night, so that was a bonus. The parking garage had plenty of parking (we had two vehicles) though the spaces are somewhat tight depending on your vehicle. It was nice parking on the same level as the condo, very convenient. The garage and room both used passcodes, so no keys to fool with, very nice. We had a wonderful time, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect family vacation!

Our family recently stayed at Waterscape for spring break. The unit was spacious, wonderfully maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. I think the best feature of this unit was its location. Our children are 7 and 3 years-old and getting to the pools every morning was a must. Thankfully the pools are seconds from the front door! The only down side to this unit is the view from the balcony. We loved Waterscape and Okaloosa Island and are looking forward to a return trip. We are always looking for family-friendly vacation areas and Waterscape is perfect. Would recommend this resort and this particular condo to any family.

Perfect location

One of the best locations on the property. Just steps away from the pool and beach. Perfectly furnished and clean. We had one small issue with the AC on our first night, but it was resolved in less than 24 hours. We couldn't have been happier with the service we received. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Nice condo with amazing pools and beach. Loved our stay but only downside was the view from the balcony was a construction site. Loved the short walk from parking to room.

We stayed in this condo for a month. It was like being at home. Every thing you would ever need is provided. Very roomy 2 bedroom condo that is close to a fantastic beach.We are snow birds but this would be a great family condo as well. Jennifer is a very gracious owner and is ready to work with. We had a great stay in this well appointed condo. We had the morning ocean view rather than the evening hot sun on the balcony, close to pool entrances for the little ones we had to carry or get stuff to beach. It was clean, large enough for two families with 4 adults 2 preteens and two little ones. Kitchen was well furnished for cooking. plan to make this our choice for beach trips. having a great Publix close by was also a big plus.

Perfect Vacation

The condo is as pictured, beautiful, clean, and perfect layout for two families or a large family. The decor is very nice and relaxing. The property is excellent for small children up to seniors. We always felt very secure and safe. This is a very family oriented place with no rowdy parties and craziness going on. We had a beautiful week, thanks to God providing the best of weather. Got beach chairs and umbrella without any problems, staff very helpful. Jennifer (owner) was very easy to work with, prompt with returning messages and phone calls. Will definitely be back!!

Wonderful Stay with Little Ones At Waterscape A219

Just returned and had a wonderful experience. Booking the unit with Jennifer was a pleasure, so easy to work with and quick replies to all my inquiries. We traveled with 2 little ones, a 4 yr old and a 1 yr old and the unit and location were perfect. While it was clean and tastefully decorated, it was simple enough to accommodate active little ones!! You could not ask for a better location that this unit, great proximity to the parking garage for easy loading and unloading and an absolutely perfect location for getting the little ones to the kiddie pool/splash pad. Many times we only left our unit with beach towels...if you needed anything else, the condo was just a few steps away!! I would highly recommend A219! Great Condo

We had a wonderful week! Owner very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. Location of the condo is great- both for parking and access to pools- great for little ones!

Beautiful place, extremely relaxing, and enjoyed by everyone (from ages 5 to 55)

We had been to Waterscape once before years ago, but it was even better this time than we had remembered. We seemed to have beat most of the crowd this time by going in May, as it was Julth 4th weekend the last time we had gone. The room is in a great location. Close to the elevators, which lead right to the parking garage. There really probably isn't any porrly located room at Waterscape. This room, however, had a really nice owner to work with. Having the beach at such a short walking distance allowed us to go back and forth between the pools, lazy river, and the beach throughout the day. The pool upstairs is heated,which is kind of neat for a morning swim, since it's nearly right outside of the room (but across the hall). Everything was great and I couldn't feel more relaxed than i was when i was there. I only wish that we could have stayed longer.

Great Experience

The condo was so comfortable and designed so well. The balcony has unobstructed views east down the beach towards the pier... great sunrises. The grounds are very well maintained. showers from the beach area were very nice as well. When I went for a walk all the way to the end of all the resorts, the part of the beach in front of the WaterScape was the cleanest and the most free of seaweed. Parking was easy in the covered garage. Nothing was over crowded. Staff is zealous about wearing those bracelets on the property though. Can't wait to do that again! The owner was so nice to rent from.

Perfect for kids

We recently stayed at Waterscape and had a wonderful vacation. My children (ages 6, 4 and 2) loved the beach and the pools. The zero-entry pool and the kids pool was perfect for our youngest who is not a swimmer. All the pools are fenced in so we felt safe letting the kids run and play. The lazy river was also a big hit for the grown ups and the kids. The condo is in the perfect location for easy access to the pool and the beach, no elevator riding up and down because beach/pool access is on the same level. The condo was very clean and spacious, the photos don't do it justice. The owner was very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this condo.

Perfect Beach Getaway

My family and I stayed at this condo over the summer for our vacation and we loved it. The condo was clean, decorated beautifully and had plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We had such a great time, we will definitely be back to both this condo and to Waterscape in the future.

WOW ! What a wonderful relaxing weekend ! The Condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable, spotless & a GREAT LOCATION. We had 2 teenagers & two small children -- there was something for everyone todo -- the teenagers loved hanging out at the beach and walking down the beach to the Pier -- the 6 & 8 year olds also had a great time swimming in the crystal emerald water on the beach, playing in the sand & playing in all the different pools - especially the lazy river :) Loved that the beach and the pools were easy to access from our condo --- We didn't have to hassle with elevators -- this was a huge PLUS ! GREAT LOCATION ! We grilled and ate out by the pool almost everyday -- It was so nice that there were gas grills all around the pools -- The kids could swim while we cooked --- We had a fabulous time ! We will definitely be back soon :)
