Super Clean Condo

Our stay at Danica's condo was fantastic!! We were greeted with fun beach music when we walked in! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed! Quick walk to the beach through the pool which had a live dj and tiki house! We enjoyed being able to walk right out to the beach and have our chairs and umbrella waiting on us! The boardwalk and pier are just a beach walk away which made food options a brisk! Danica was very communitive before, during and after our stay. We would definitely recommend!!

Super Clean Condo

We had a great trip and the condo was a big part of that. The grands said it was comfy and they loved the view from our room. They also loved the pool area. I loved the convenience and the cleanliness of it. One of the cleanest condos I have ever stayed in!

Great vacation experience

My eleven year-old son and I had a great vacation staying at Waterscape in one of Danica’s condos. Her unit is clean and spacious and has all the amenities you could ask for and then some! The resort is family friendly, for little ones to grandparents!

Beach Vacation Perfection

Danica was amazing to work with, from start to finish. Upon arriving, we were greeted with a perfectly decorated, highly cleaned room and personalized sand buckets for the kids. Having a lot of beach necessities, and wants, made the stay even more fun and effortless. Can't wait to return and working with Danica again! Thanks for a great vacation!

Great Vacation Place

Waterscape was the best choice we made for our vacation! The unit had everything we needed, plus it was clean and cozy! Danica was very responsive and made the entire process smooth. We plan on being back!

Waterscape is the best!

Loved our stay at waterscape. Danica was great to rent from. From communication, allowing us to check in early, and two sand buckets with our kids name on it waiting for them on the kitchen table, everything was perfect. We have already talked about coming back and brining other families with us! There's nothing like it in the Destin/ft. Walton area.

Fantastic Vacation

Another annual trip to waterscape at Fort Walton beach has come and gone for our family. As always, it was an absolute blast! Our kids are now 7 and 10. We have been visiting waterscape since they were 2 and 5. We love the kid friendly atmosphere and the convenience of all the amenities. The cherry on the top is having found Danica as a condo host. This is our second year renting from her and we've already rolled our deposit over for another year as well as referred all the friends and family we can! You won't regret renting through Danica!!

Booked unit B626 through Danica. A great decision. She makes the entire experience easy and worry free from the moment you initially book, through your stay and until you arrive back home. Very thorough and reliable while staying on top of things as though we were her only guests. She’s also personable and thoughtful, leaving complimentary gifts.
This unit was extremely clean with all essentials provided including a small ice chest and extra beach gear. Felt like home. Each unit is allowed access to two of the preset wooden beach lounges with a heavy duty umbrella making the beach most enjoyable for a full day of rest in the shade. We spent every day of our stay on the beach and enjoyed the pool areas in evenings. I highly recommend booking your stay here through Danica. She's a fabulous hostess with fabulous units!

Waterscape Vacation

We (one adult + three children) had a wonderful time staying in Danica's unit at Waterscape (B626). Danica went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs and wishes. She provided packing lists so we didn't forget anything and recommendations on local activities/restaurants. When we walked in, there was calming beach music playing... a great energy after our 12+ hour car ride! I do recommend and will book with her again. There is also a travel notebook from past guests in the unit. I referenced this a lot when deciding what restaurant to go to!

Great place!!

B626 was perfect for my family! Convenient parking, luggage carts, elevators, and walk to the beach! The unit had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again! Danica was great and even gave our daughter an adorable outfit!

5 Star Condo⭐️

I have been staying at the same condo unit for the past two years and have always enjoyed my stay. Danica is very friendly and so easy to work with. She is always quick to answer my questions and even has events for those who rent from her that I have enjoyed! The unit is kept up well with new additions. I have already booked my next trip down there!

Clean rental

Very clean and beautiful rental. First time at waterscape. Our lacrosse team visits every year for surf-n-turf tournament. We will definitely rent again.

The Best Ever!

We’ve stayed at Waterscape 4-5 times, booking through other sites/owners.. After reading about Danica’s units and her excellent reviews, we booked her unit B626. From the very start, I knew we’d chosen a winner!! She was quick to respond with e-mailing details and answering all my questions. The condo decor was fresh, ultra clean and upscale “beachy”. There was a sweet personalized gift to welcome us and it came in handy at the beach/pool. Her provision of “premium beach service” was another nice touch. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms had extra toiletry items just like hotels do. Her attention to detail and providing “the little things” made our week care-free and so relaxing. All future Waterscape trips will be booked with Danica!

Family Vacation

This was our first family beach trip with our little boy (4yr old) & it was great! We booked here mainly for the splash pad & lazy river located on the property but Danica made the booking process so easy! She answered every question I had and literally emailed/ text me everything we needed to know about the room, the check in/ out process, and even different activities going on everyday!! The condo was clean and neat all around!! The condominium itself was amazing with all the different pools & easy beach access!! We will definitely book here again!!

Everything was so easy & perfect for our jet skis!

Working with Danica was an absolute breeze. I had A LOT of questions and she answered them each time with no hesitation. She calmed all of this allergy mom's nerves and for that we will always stay at her properties. The biggest plus for me was the parking- It was so close. There is a safe and secure marina less than 2 minutes from the condo that was perfect for our jet ski. I didn't feel anchored to the condo, although it's a lovely place to be anchored. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

Great week

We had a great week at Waterscape this week. Our room was clean, stocked ready to use all week, and even had a sweet little gift for our girls. We will definitely be returning.

Best condo experience at waterscape!!

My family and I have rented a condo at waterscape for the past 4 years. However, this was our first year renting through Danica with RentWaterscape. Holy smokes!! Totally different experience starting immediately when booking! The communication is OUTSTANDING! They check on your ETA the day before and do everything in their power to get you in your unit early if you are arriving early. The unit we stayed in was the best kept unit we've ever been in!! So many extra supplies for the beach provided. Our load will definitely be lighter next year knowing this!! They even are so sweet as to include a fun personalized gift for the kids upon arrival. Hands down best experience at waterscape EVER!!

Fun in the sun for dayz!!!!

B626 was perfect! We've always stayed in the A condos and never with Danica...but after this week we are Danica for life! She thinks of everything, is so organized, gives great tips and tricks for your stay, and even leaves the sweetest gift on arrival! I cannot say enough about Danica! From her wonderful and thoughtful personal touches, to her excellent restaurant recommendations; this was a trip to remember! If you are on the fence, just book it with her! You won't regret it! We'll be back next year and so will our friends!

Making Memories at the Beach!

Danica is awesome to work with ! She makes sure you are ready to go upon arrival! She makes sure you are aware of all of the activities to do around Waterscape! My family enjoyed playing games she provided on rainy days! The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating has nothing to do with Danica but with Waterscape. The main elevator was broken the entire week we were there. A lot of people holding chairs so it was hard to enjoy the pool area. We love the area and love the memories we made at Fort Walton Beach!

Owner Response: I am so sorry an elevator was down during your visit. Elevators do go out occassionally and sometimes parts take a while to arrive. There are 3 elevators within 20 yards of the B626 door. Hopefully you found the other two. :-)

Fantastic Stay!

We just rented from Danica and it was fantastic! Waterscape is beautiful and so relaxing. Danica could not have been more accommodating and responsive. She left no question un answered and the condo was amazing!

Danica is Amazing!

This is our second stay with Danica. Her service is impeccable! We love being able to not pack toys, wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc! My favorite part is walking in to the spotless condo where music is playing to greet us. The resort is amazing, particularly if you have kids. There is so much to do. If they get bored of the beach, there are multiple pools, lazy river, hot tubs, and toddler area. The tiki hut restaurant is great as well when we didn’t feel like going back up. Their chips and cheese is my favorite, and the guys liked the cheeseburgers. I wish I had heard of this place sooner. It is definitely on our frequent return list! Thank you, Danica, for being amazing and so attentive!

Over the Top!

We had an amazing time at Waterscape! Booking was super easy! Danica really went above and beyond, when we arrived at the condo there was beach music playing on the iPod and a personalized beach bag with our last name on it! The personalized beach bag was such a special touch and came in handy during our stay. The room was clean and had everything you could ever want or need including water toys and an all terrain wagon for the beach! Our room also came with 2 chairs and and umbrella set up on the beach daily. Our room had a spacious balcony and a beautiful view of the ocean. It was truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed and would highly recommend booking with Danica!

Great Condo!!

Loved staying at B626. Although it is not front row it still has a beautiful view and you can still hear the ocean waves. Very clean condo with everything you need. Danica is great to work with and quick to refund your deposit. Thanks Danica for making our stay enjoyable!!

Super family friendly

Waterscape and our 1 bedroom unit was beyond our expectations. This was our first trip to the gulf coast and I would never consider staying anywhere else! Danica's communication and tips were top notch! The unit was super clean and I was extremely impressed with the beautiful new patio furniture and extra beach toys we could use while there. There were so many wonderful extras in the unit from a beach bag, iPod music, detergent, soaps etc and the overall decor is beautiful. Waterscape pools and beach were also super clean, family friendly and quiet. Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent Experience Start to Finish

From the day we booked B626 I felt confident in my choice. This is our first time booking with Danica but definately will not be our last. The 1 bedroom unit with bunks was perfect for our family of 4. We have two twin 7 year old boys and they had an absolute blast. She had beach themed music playing when we arrived and a gift for the boys. It was a magical moment upon arrival. The pleasent fresh clean smell, the music, the beautiful clean condo, and the gorgeous view of the ground and ocean. We felt so refreshed and knew our vacation was going to be amazing. We had everything we needed and more so we never had to contact Danica but I always knew she was there if we needed anything. If you're thinking about booking just do it you wont regret it. We are already in the talks about next year's trip and this time we will be staying longer. Thank you so much for such a wonderful place to home for a short time!

Grateful for the Gulf

Had a wonderful stay at Waterscape B626. This room is the perfect size for a small family. Very clean and spacious. The balcony is a wonderful place to have your morning coffee with a view of the ocean or relax at night with a view of the pools.

Danica was great to work with she got us in early to start with and gave us all the information we needed . Very honest person we would definitely rent from her again. The place we rented was beautiful and clean, it also had everything we needed to cook, towels, washer, dryer, bedding. Great place to stay--highly recommend. Thanks for a great vacation!!!!

Great condo!

The condo had everything I needed to be able to have a great stay! The kitchen was fully equipped and Danica was so easy to communicate with. If I needed anything she always answered my call. She also had great recommendations on things to do and places to eat in the area! Can't wait for my next stay this winter.

Take the Trip!

Take the trip! My husband and I decided to take a last minute vacation to warmer weather and after following Danica’s posts on FB we took a leap of faith and booked B626. Where do I begin? The condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Each day there were beach chairs set up and plenty of seating by the pools. And can we talk about location, location, location? We walked to our new favorite places for dinner, drinks, shopping, and ice cream and took quick driving trips to Destin to visit our old favorite places to eat and shop. Danica was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. She thinks of everything for a couples trip or families! So, stop thinking about it and take the trip!

Best of the best!!

We found ourselves scrounging around for a last minute stay. We just knew we would get the bottom of the barrel and anything decent would be already booked. We found ourselves pleasantly surprised when I reached out to Danica to inquire about vacancies. She was the most helpful and pleasant person I've ever dealt with for a rental. She was thorough with details and expectations which I absolutely loved. She got us into the condo early without us requesting to do so. When we walked into the condo, it was literally a breath of fresh air. The smell was so clean and so inviting. The condo was extremely clean, fully stocked and beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!! I will definitely be reaching out again as soon as we can break away again from life. It was a weekend paradise!! You won't be disappointed.

Home Away from Home

We were so happy with our stay at Waterscape B626. It had so many amenities and was incredibly comfortable. We were able to walk to many places including restaurants and ice ceam/putt-putt. We will for sure be back.

Spectacular Experience

We loved our week at Waterscape in Ft. Walton Beach. Danica thought of every detail and she was so easy to work with - from beginning to end. Lodging prices are much more reasonable in FWB than in Destin. The condo was clean and the view was spectacular. She had everything we needed to enjoy the beach - chairs, toys, wagon, umbrella, and more were all included. My daughter loved the personalized beach towel upon arrival. It was a great souvenir. We loved the grills at the resort and the beach service. Did I mention the view? And the thick white sand? Book with Danica at Waterscape. You won’t regret it.

My family loves the waterscape. Great resort. Pools are great. Lazy river was under construction but hopefully will be done soon. We had a great pool and beach view. Everything we needed was in the room like sand buckets and boogie boards. Very convenient to say the least. Park on the 3rd floor and getting to your vehicle will be easy. The condo was clean and Danica was a great host. She's great with just checking in and answered any questions we had. Would book again with any of her condos. Thanks for having us. Cruz family.

Perfect first visit to Waterscape B626

Danica provides top notch service from booking to check-out. This resort was perfect for my 8 & 10 year old kids that wanted to play in the sand and pools. We will definitely rent from Danica again due to her clean accommodations, organized information and willingness to answer any questions! Thank you for providing such a great escape for our family to make memories!

Great experience in B626!

Danica was great! The quick response when we asked about favorite restaurants was answered quickly. The condo was beautiful! The wagon, cooler and beach chairs were great! Something we didn’t have to pack. The personalized sand bucket was a sweet touch! It was put to use as the weather was great and we were on the beach every day we were there! Can’t wait to come back!

Our new favorite!

We typically stay in hotels because of the reliability of having someone there at all times in case something goes wrong. Danica's reliability and hospitality was way better than any hotel we have stayed in. She was always in communication with us and made the whole process easy. The unit was decorated beautifully and felt like a 5 star resort. We will definitely be back!

Fun Trip

Awesome property. Beautiful beach. This is my 2nd year visiting. Both condos were really really nice. I rent with Danica Connell and she is awesome. Last year I got 2 bedrooms and this year a 1 bedroom. Both were loaded with anything you will need. All you need is your food and clothes. I highly recommend Danica. She is on top of everything and will come thru with anything you need. Excellent grounds in tip top shape.

Amazing

This was our 3rd trip to Waterscape, but our first time booking with Danica. The ease of check-in even getting in early makes things even better! We love Waterscape and will be back! In fact, we made reservations with Danica for our next trip before we even left!

We absolutely loved Waterscape. Danica was super easy to book with, answered all our questions and was there when we needed something. There was no reason for us to ever leave the condo facility. Great pools, lazy River, Tiki Hut with everything you can imagine, and the beach was literally a few steps away. Definitely will book for next year!
