Danica is always hospitable to us. 3 years in a row, we've stayed in one of her units and the stay has always been amazing. She is very, detail-oriented in planning your stay and ensuring everything you need is available and all questions are answered before you even think of them. This is easily the best place to stay in Ft. Walton and Danica is the only person worth renting from. Thanks again for another successful trip!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!

This is our second time staying through Danica at Waterscape and it was perfect each time! This year we stayed in A312 and the first time was A219. Having a pool view this time was perfect and you could see beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the room.

The condo was spotless on arrival, island music was playing when we arrived to really help set the vibe, and she even had our groceries in so we could immediately enter vacation mode. I cannot say enough great things about this location or Danica’s services!

Our 18m old and 4.5 year old had an amazing time at the beach and pool; both less than a 5 minute walk from the room. We even got to watch Sing 2 from our balcony the last night. I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for somewhere fun and family friendly!

First Family Beach Vacation

This was our first family beach vacation and won't be our last. I was really nervous planning this trip because I didn't know what to expect and didn't want our kids to be disappointed. Danica made the whole process super easy and stress free. She was also very patient with my mom brain, lol. This hands down was our best vacation we ever had and none of us wanted to leave. Everything Danica states is 100% on point. Waterscape is truly a great place to stay with kids; the pools & the way access to the beach in only a couple of steps. We are already planning our trip for next year and would 100% recommend Waterscape and Danica to everyone.

Best vacation EVER

Danica was so easy to work with- the condos were amazing. We had 50+ people in our group and she handled everything perfectly. The location of this resort is so key- right by the ocean with so many options. The pools were so fun and entertaining for the kids. We will be back for sure.

Great Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our vacation! Lots of activities for the kids to enjoy! The beach was wonderful and peaceful!! Our room was very clean and neat! Over all one of our best vacation spots!

Best stay at Waterscape yet!

We have stayed at Waterscape many times, but this year is one for the books. Renting with Danica has been an exceptional experience from her customer service to the actual unit. The check in was effortless. She is very organized so when you arrive you have the information you need to start your vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated, updated and CLEAN! She supplies many items from the kitchen to the beach that we typically bring from home. Not having to pack these items was a game changer. Waterscape is a wonderful vacation spot to bring your family (old and young) and enjoy the pools AND beach which are steps away from each other. I would highly recommend renting with Danica!

Alert: Great Condo!

We had a wonderful vacation at Waterscape. Danica is the most organized owner I’ve ever rented from. Our unit was perfectly clean and she even did my grocery shopping for me prior to my arrival. I loved the location of this property. We walked to several restaurants close by for dinner and we were very close to the pool, beach and parking. If you are going to Waterscape, book from Danica.

Fun Family Vacation 🏖️

Danica was very easy to chat back and forth with before, during, and after! The beach chair service and being steps away from the water was such a highlight, especially having small children! Our kids loved the lazy River and lily pads so much.

Amazing Memories!

Wow, just wow!! Danica has thought of everything you will need to make your stay the best. We had 2 beautiful condos to accommodate our family of 14 and enjoyed every minute. We were on the beach the majority of the time and would hit the pools later in the afternoon. The kids loved the lazy River!! Several great restaurants within walking distance via beach or everything you need to prepare your own meals in the condo (with gas grills around the pools). Danica took care of ice maker not working within hours- very responsive and accommodating!! We treasured every moment of our vacation and hope to be back soon. Thanks so much Danica - you are a gem!!

Amazing Experience

I have never found a vacation rental so suited for families and all your beach needs! You have everything, just pack a few changes of clothes & go. Beach toys, kids floats, wagon, chairs, umbrella, high chair, pack and play, a fan, pump for blow ups, everything in the kitchen, -more than my own home of options 😆. Love, LOVE, that it was so stress free and less for us to pack!!! My KIDS loved all the toy options and the entry was personalized! ❤️ Thank You! 😊

Amazing place to stay!

Danica's place is amazing! Her condo is conveniently located and has so much room. Myself and my 5 kids loved staying here and Danica provides everything you need, which made it so easy to travel without having to bring all of the beach items. From coolers, to pool toys, kids floaties, beach toys, extra chairs, everything you can imagine. Super clean and well managed. I did not care for the sleep number bed, but that didnt make or break anything for us.

We will stay again in the future!

Wow!!!! I am completely blown away but Danica!! She is very helpful in choosing the perfect spot for you. I asked her what she would suggest and we hit the jackpot!!! A312 is an absolutely perfect size for my family and the view of the resort and ocean are mesmerizing! Everything was clean and tidy with a surprise of music playing when we arrived. The grocery delivery was a huge bonus for me!! Danica is very helpful and organized!! This resort is an absolute must!!! I highly recommend her and waterscape rentals to all my friends and family! Danica is the best to rent from

This was our second year to stay one of Danica’s Waterscape condos. I could not ask for a better person to rent from. She kept us informed during the whole process. She responds promptly to texts. Her condo is always well stocked. My grands love staying there because of the pools. She will make the condo available as soon as the cleaning crew finishes. You cannot go wrong renting from Danica!

Great place to stay

The condo was clean and well furnished with very comfortable accommodations. The location was great - close parking, very short walk to the pool and the beach! Danica was great to work with and works hard to make sure things run smoothly during your stay. We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this rental!

Much better experience here than VRBO!

We stayed with Danica in A312. This is our family’s third year staying at Waterscape, and by far our favorite unit to date.

Working directly with Danica was so much more personal than our experiences with VRBO and another owner. I was able to text with her my questions throughout the process and she was so timely and gracious in responding.

We were impressed by the level of cleanliness in the unit. She had music playing when we walked into our unit and buckets with our kids’ names on them. The attention to detail and how well the unit was stocked blew us away. We also were able to check into our unit early which was so nice since we arrived earlier than anticipated. She had her handyman come and fix an exterior light the next morning.

We will definitely be booking with Danica the next time we stay at Waterscape. Cannot recommend our overall experience more!

We stayed in A312, this unit is located in a great location, great views and pool access. Upon entering, the music playing was a nice touch. This unit is like walking into a new place. Everything you need for an excellent vacation without having to bring a lot of extra things from cookware, beach toys, beach chairs. Danica goes above and beyond for her guests to ensure they have the best vacation. Danica makes you feel like family.

First time but not our last!

This was our first visit to Waterscape but will not be our last. Everything was perfect from the music playing when you walk in, to the personalized gifts for the kids. Danica was always a simple message away with answers to any questions we might have had. Our son woke up today asking to go back! I have already booked our return visit.

Great Labor day getaway

We found our new Labor Day getaway! We usually go to Orange Beach but tried something new this year. What a wonderful change, we loved Waterscape A312!! Owner was very accommodating, condo was clean!! Our grandkids loved it! We have already booked again for next year!!

Perfect family vacation

This was my families first time staying at waterscape. It is the absolute perfect resort for families with kids. We had 2 three year olds. So the splash pad abs different pools were great, they were never bored. The condo was clean, and comfy. Danica the owner was even better. She made everything smooth and easy. We plan on coming back again.

Awesome vacation A-312

We had an awesome vacation. A-312 was so clean and comfortable for our stay. Great location overlooking the pool. Loved all the amenities at the pool and proximity to the beach. Unit was well-stocked which made it convenient for us since we flew in. Danica went above and beyond and provided effective communication. Highly recommend!

Family Getaway

2nd year staying in A312. Love the location of the unit and beautiful views. Danica makes the whole process so easy. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Grocery service was very convenient. Will definitely stay again.

Third Time, Still Great!

A312, This was our 3rd stay at Waterscape in one of Danica's units. Since this was peak season it was really nice to see the attention paid to policing the pool for bottles and any guests without their bands. While some people may find this offensive it was very much appreciated by me and my family. The unit was on point as in all our other stays, immaculate and well stocked kitchen. While our stay was cut short due to family illness we will be returning next summer or earlier!

Zander Land

I wanted to rent with Waterscape because I knew my nephew Zander would have an amazing time! My brother and my niece also came and were in love with the unit. It was beautiful. We grilled out, played on the lazy river, and had a lot of fun in the pool with the waterfall and the hanging ropes. It was fun to watch Zander be in a safe, beautiful environment I know it made his week. I am 57 years old and I played like a kid again-- kind of made my week too. Thank you so much; looking forward to visiting again!!

Best beach getaway!

Our family just returned from our beach vacation from Waterscape in Fort Walton. It. Was.Perfect! The condo was clean, spacious and had an amazing view. The perfect getaway for our family vacation! Thanks Danica!

Best unit ever!

This is the best unit I have ever stayed in and I have been going to the beach for 40 years. The grandchildren loved every moment. I never heard I am bored!!! Also the owner was very helpful and great to work with.

Our new favorite beach spot

We had an absolute blast in A312. We've been visiting the beach every year for the past 16 years, and this was by far the easiest trip to pack for because of the fabulous amenities Danica provides. We didn't have to bring our chairs or beach wagon; they were included with the condo! The water and beach was beautiful! We kayaked and left the beach only to float in the lazy river (which was a huge hit with the kids!). We will certainly be back! Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

Family Trip

The booking process with Danica was super easy, she was very responsive and we were very excited to book our trip in June way back in January. The instructions she gave us for getting in and settled were very clear and easy to follow. The condo was clean and kept up well. There were a couple small things we noticed and let her know by text as soon as we got there - example, there was no free standing fan in the condo so she brought us one by our second full day. The pools are very nice and the kids all had fun. Lots of seaweed in the ocean but nothing you can do about that! Our kids are 2-12 so there is something for a range of ages.

Amazing Experience!

Danica’s condo was amazing! It was our first trip to the area and she made everything so easy. She goes above and beyond as a condo owner! Her recommendations were spot on and the condo was super clean, in a great location, and the beds were so comfortable! We loved Waterscape! We will definitely book with her again when we go back!

Best rentals at waterscape

Danica goes above and beyond all other condos at waterscape. The wagon, chair, tips, etc. Her customer service is 10/10. Will never rent from another person at waterscape.

This is OUR new place!

My wife and I come down to the gulf coast with our son twice a year. We are always looking for “our place” that we will return to instead of hopping around. Well we finally found it!

We booked unit A312 and just had a fantastic stay. The place was clean and wonderful! Tastefully decorated and not overly beachy. Plenty of space to enjoy time as a family and separate for some quiet. Great views too.

The place is so convenient for a vacation. Close to shopping and restaurants. Near several fun activities nearby but most of all right on the beach and near several pools! If you have kids our kid had so much fun bouncing between hot tubs, pools, and the lazy river.

Host was incredibly responsive to any question or request. I will absolutely be coming back here. Thanks for having us!

We loved A312!

Staying at a condo owned by Danica is delightful! Her condo has everything you need for cooking and going to the beach. We rented a condo with 2 master suites which was perfect for traveling with extended family. The condo was super clean and welcoming as we opened the door. Watersccape is perfect for families with lots of choices of things to do. We just loved sitting at the beach.

Fantastic Vacation

We had a fantastic vacation at Waterscape Resort April 2022. We stayed in A312, which was a great location. The elevator was right out our door and the the stairs were just around the corner. The condo had everything you needed and felt like home. The sleep number beds were a plus for me. I have never slept so good. You can’t go wrong renting from Danica. I would highly recommend renting one of her units because she will make sure you have everything you need and then some!

Our preteen thinks we are cool 😎

I have wanted to rent from Danica for a few years (her reviews are amazing!) but I am a procrastinator at heart and never planned early enough until now. The condo was stocked better than any vacation rental we have ever rented anywhere, she has literally thought of everything. Walking through the door to a staged unit with music playing set the tone for our best trip to waterscape to date (this was our 5th visit). I'm officially no longer a procrastinator at least when booking our waterscape stay and the icing on the cake for this trip was our preteen (who approves of nothing we do) telling us we picked a cool condo this year and he had the best time. You will be blown away by the level of communication and all the extras!

We have visited twice! Waterscape is such a fun place!! Perfect for family vacation!!! Condo was very clean and we wanted for nothing except more TIME!!!! Danica is an amazing host!!!

Ooooookaloosa! Waterscape

We've stayed at a couple of the hotels on Okaloosa island and for what they offer, it's worth your money. Want your world blown: pay a bit more money and stay in a condo at Waterscape. We will never stay in a hotel again. I am big on reading reviews and really want to know how people enjoyed their stay and their likes/dislikes. I can honestly tell you Waterscape is the best place to stay for a family. We booked through Danica (owner/manager) and I am so stoked that we found her. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo with a full kitchen. The patio overlooked the main pool area, which kept us in the action (if you like that sorta thing). We saved some money and stocked the fridge and ate breakfast and lunch each day… well most days. We have a 6yr old and 2yr old and this place provided them the space to move around, which you can't do in a box hotel room. They also have a great baby/toddler pool area - small slide and zero depth pool. As I ramble on please know Danica is awesome. She was very responsive when we had questions. She's extremely nice and helpful if you need recommendations for restaurants or cool places to see. We are definitely scheduling our next trip and will stay at Waterscape.

Haven for families!

Our stay at waterscape was amazing, all thanks to Danica. From her great communication, simple transactions, attention to detail and willingness to help, our visit was so easy! The kids had a blast with all the water options onsite: splash pad, lily pad obstacles, zero entry pool, hot tubs and more. We loved the easy access to the beach along with the complimentary chairs, umbrella, paddle boards and table. Moving between the pool and beach was fast and easy. Several restaurants within walking distance made for easy dinners. We loved our vacation!

Let's BEACH!

Last minute impromptu trip to the beach. Great location. Enjoyed every minute. Danica is great at hosting. She has it nailed to the T with details and even excellent first impressions as one opens the main door and gets greeted by a great playlist and great natural lighting. Walking distance to the beach. Fabulous Experience

We had a fabulous experience during our stay at Waterscape Rentals by Owner - Danica was super accommodating to our needs and a gracious hostess. We stayed in January and part of February in unit A312. The place was very clean and well stocked and even had a few supplies to get us started when we arrived until we could make it to the store. Great washer & dryer and the ice maker in the fridge was a "super producer" - we could never have run out of ice (ahh, the small stuff!). Wagon, beach chairs, cooler, beach toys...it's all there. Our view was incredible and the sunsets amazing. I am a remote worker so actually worked during our stay, with this beautiful view to guide me through each day!

Everything was as described and beyond our expectations. Danica was a great communicator from start to finish. She provided info to help us prepare for our trip and made sure everything was stocked, labeled and logical when we got there. Easy keypad check-in and great music playing when we entered the unit to make us feel at home immediately - this was a very nice touch. She also left personalized note cards to send to friends and family. Danica is passionate about her work and she runs a first class operation! This was our first stay in one of Danica's units and we will be returning next year.

Best vacation for my boys!

This was our first time visiting Waterscape and Florida. The resort was top notch - so many water areas and fun things for my 3 boys! Danica made our reservation easy & smooth and our condo was so nice and clean & decorated so fun! Waterscape is a perfect condo right on the beach and just minutes away from the grocery store, lots of eating places and other fun activities outside of the condo. We just booked our vacation for this summer through Danica and cannot wait to go in July!

Xmas vacation

We had wonderful stay in A312. Danica was great to work with always ready to help in any way she could. If you needed anything all you had to do is text or call her. The weather was great & we loved the convenience of the pools, hot tub, & beach. All of the restaurants are great in the area. Thank you Danica for a awesome stay. Amazing Destin Vacation

We stayed at Waterscape with Danica!! She is the BEST!! We will continue to book our vacation with her hoping to do a spring and fall trip!! The condos we had were fully stocked if you wanted to cook and enjoy family time and lots of amazing restaurants in the area! All of Danica's recommendations were on point!!

Wonderful condo!

My in-laws had stayed with Danica (A312) last year and again this past August so we booked with her based on their recommendations. The resort is great- especially for families with kids. Pools, hot tubs, baby water area and of course the beach! It’s so nice to just walk out to the beach and have chairs and umbrella already set up for you. Just sit and relax! (Until the kids beg you to help them build a sandcastle!) The unit has just about everything you’d need- baby items that just take up too much space to pack like pack n play and a high chair. The beach wagon was great, and the storage bench was FULL of beach toys and inflatables. Kitchen had it all- ONLY thing I’d suggest is a meat thermometer. The booking process was so simple- everything online and Danica is super responsive to any question you might have. The checkout process was just as easy with simple lists to follow before leaving the unit. Also- the information Danica sends prior to your arrival is great- very informative and lots of great tips so be sure to read through all of it! Thanks for a wonderful week!

Waterscape was a Blast!

Our family had a blast at waterscape over labor day weekend. Danica was always very responsive to any question we had, and we found ourselves referring several times to her owners recommendations for places to eat and things to do (the Buccaneer Pirate cruise was well worth the cost!). We also loved that the beach chairs, sand toys and beach wagon were included at the property and we didnt have to drag that stuff from home. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit!

Hurricane Ida didn't spoil our vacation!

This was our third year staying Waterscape and our first year booking with Danica. Her hospitality is absolutely amazing! She was very responsive to text and email and was available anytime needed. I actually had the pleasure of meeting her at the resort during our stay! Our condo was immaculate! It was fully stocked with more than enough beach toys, floats, sand toys, extra beach chairs, as well as board games and movies which came in handy as Hurricane Ida passed through. Should we choose to stay at Waterscape in the future, we will definitely be using Danica!

We stayed with Danica at Waterscape and the experience was wonderful. Danica was very easy to work with and very responsive. We stayed at A312 and the view was great. There was more than enough supplies at the condo! The “check-in” and “check out” was very slick. No need to mess around with a front desk etc… the guys at the beach were fantastic and strived to have the “best experience for Danica’s guests” and they did just that!

Our condo was awesome. It was stocked with everything you need and more . Location from parking garage to unit was convenient. Looks right over the pool with views of the gulf as well from our balcony. Danica was very responsive and helpful when booking. Can't wait to go back.

Terrific experience! Waterscape is walking distance to anything you need and the grocery store is a mile away. So incredibly convenient. Danica is helpful and insures your vacation is amazing. Room was clean and comfortable with extra amenities. The pools and play area are perfect for all ages of children. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Safe, family friendly environment. Leep Vacay!

I have been vacationing for 40+ years in different areas of Florida. Out of those years I have never met the owners of the condos we've stayed in. The rooms here at waterscape are spacious and Danica makes sure you have what you need. If you don't have what you need she will have it at your door as soon as she can get it to you. I seen her 4 times this week. Running around the resort making rounds for her guests. You do not have to check in at the front desk everything is done through her. I highly recommend Danica and her units and also the ones she manages. Plenty of beach toys and such. No need to bring that stuff with you!

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! This condo was furnished with everything we needed! We had extra chairs, beach wagon, beach table and a bin full of toys and floats to use during our stay. Great Times!!!

We had a great time with our family on this trip!! Weather was great and condo was wonderful!! There was even a little surprise for my grandson when we got to the condo! Renting from Danica was much better than renting from just Waterscape! We had chairs to bring to the beach not the mention the room came with two of the beach chairs an umbrella that are actually on the beach!! We had a wonderful time and will be using her every time!! We LOVED our stay with Danica! Our condo had EVERYTHING we could have needed and made our trip so much easier! Happy Repeat Renter

This was our 4th trip to Waterscape in one of Danica’s condos. We stayed in A312 this year and love it for the ocean view and easy access to pools. The decor in the condos makes you feel like you are living the beach life and everything is always so clean and welcoming. She provides everything we need to make some our own meals (pans, utensils, etc) and also for the beach including chairs and toys for the kids! She has been extremely accommodating and generous even with the stress of the pandemic this past year. She thinks of everything so you can relax and is super responsive if you have questions. We continue coming back because we don’t think we could love any place more!

7th year with Danica!

We love Waterscape! This was our seventh trip and the reason we have kept coming back is because of Danica's awesome condos and the ease of everything. Everything just works and we trust that she has it covered... because SHE DOES! Waterscape is a great place for families. Great pools, great location, great beach. Combine that with a clean, comfy condo + an owner who is fair and has top notch communication = an awesome, worry free vacation!! BOOK. :-)

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. This unit was by far the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in which is a huge plus! For that reason alone we will be back! We already knew we wanted to stay at Waterscape and heard great things about Danica so we decided to rent from her and she didn't disappoint! Super easy to work with and accommodating and gave us some great food recommendations that we loved! This unit you have beach view and over looks the pool which was nice we could see the kids from the condo. A very short walk to the parking garage, the pool and the beach. Cant wait to return!

A few days in paradise!

This was our second time to stay in this condo (A312). It is perfect! Fully furnished kitchen, very clean and comfortable but the best part is the view! The huge deck overlooks the pool and has a view of the ocean! The owner has included many things to condo such as beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and music! I can't wait to visit again!

This is such a lovely unit, clean and updated and a wonderful resort! My kids are ages 2,6,8 and they had a ball! We are already planning our trip for next year! The unit was not only family/kid friendly it was fully stocked unlike most rentals! The owners are super available and very helpful but not needed as they've thought of it all ahead of time but is wonderful if they're needed!

A312 was awesome!

We had an awesome experience in room A312. Danica was super responsive to everything! Communication was awesome! We’ve used several vacation rentals before, and she was by far the best to work with. The condo was super clean, spacious, and beautiful. I highly recommend staying here!

Pre-spring break trip!!

We absolutely LOVED Danica's condo this past week. My mom, husband and I and our kids we able to enjoy 4 awesome days in A312. It was very clean and fully stocked with anything you could think of. We didn't end up using half the things we brought because they were already there for us, down to the waffle maker! Danica was so easy to communicate with for all questions I had and was so easy to book through her. The beach and resort are amazing and my kids had a blast. Will definitely be coming back to one of her condos this summer!!

Danica is Awesome!

We stayed in room A312 and rented from Danica. Communication was amazing, she was on top of everything and even stopped by a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are decorated beautifully and very clean. I like how this room was right by the elevator that takes you to parking garage or the pool. Our kids had a blast and we can’t wait to stay here again!

Waterscape- What A Great Resort

We had a great time! We loved the condo which had all of the amenities you could have dreamed of. Perfect location with lots to do around. Short drive to all that Destin has to offer. Our awesome lady we rented from (Danica) had everything labeled and had given us all of the information needed (plus some) to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We loved the huge balcony and both rooms were super huge we couldn't even tell what was the master! It would be perfect for 2 couples and maybe 2 kiddos.

Waterscape- What A Great Resort

This was our first visit to Waterscape Resort. We stayed in A312. It was for the whole month of January two couples. We loved the beauty and the cleanliness of the Resort. We loved the pools, hot tubs and the daily cleaned gas grills. The condo is just a short walk to the beach, pool area and parking garage. The resort is close to great restaurants, shopping and a grocery store. Staying in this condo is like staying in your own home it has everything you need. I would highly recommend booking with Danica you won't be disappointed. We have already booked another monthly winter visit with her next year.

DAnica is DA Bomb!

This was our first stay at Waterscape as a family of 5. When searching for places to stay on the web and on Facebook, Danica's places kept popping up. What caught my attention was how everyone commented on Danica as an owner. I wanted someone to answer questions promptly, and Danica did just that. She genuinely seemed interested in making us have an awesome vacation. That lasted for the entire stay.

Her places are immaculately clean on arrival. She even had personalized beach buckets made for my kiddos, and that put a smile on their faces right away. If I had a question about anything regarding her place, favorite restaurants, things to do, etc., she answered promptly. Waterscape is an amazing place for kids, and it was easy to access the beach from the resort.

I HIGHLY recommend booking with Danica. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end

We had a fantastic experience at Waterscape. First of all, the owner, Danica, is great at communicating and easy to get in contact with. Super organized and professional in the booking process. Accommodating for our family’s needs. The cleanliness of the unit was TOP! So many amenities within the unit and the resort itself. Family friendly! We never felt a need to leave (other than dinner and groceries..which are all within a mile or less). Will definitely be back!

Working with Danica the owner was amazing. She was very accommodating and even went out of her way to find us out on the beach to introduce herself. The condo was very nice and Danica went out if her way to make sure our stay was perfect! We will DEFINITELY rent from her again!😊

We enjoyed the whole atmosphere at the Waterscape. Danica doesn't play when it comes to giving guests the best experience at the beach. She literally had everything for the beach or pool we needed or wanted. The room was top notch with personalized gifts for my children. That was so thoughtful!! So much to do with so little time. Great location and greater family fun. Thanks Danica for making this trip one of my favorites!!

Waterscape second stay with Danica

This our second stay in Danica’s condos and she never disappoints! This is the ocean view from A312. You can also see the entire main pool area with the Lilly pads and waterfalls from here too! It is just a quick elevator ride to the beach/pool and Danica supplies EVERYTHING you need. We stayed with two small children (4 and 1 years old) and flew with one checked bag for all four of us. We had everything for our girls and then some, she leaves no detail to chance. It’s impossible to not feel like you are on vacation when you walk in to a gorgeously decorated condo bathed in natural light with Jack Johnson playing in the background with a personalized snack basket waiting for you! My only reservation about staying in this unit again is the pool noise is kind of loud until 10 pm, it wasn’t loud enough to wake my girls up but was definitely noticeable. I’m a C203 girl at heart I guess. 😍 Don’t hesitate to book a stay with Danica! She goes above and beyond to make your stay carefree and perfect. You are d efinitely treated like family from booking and beyond! I would give this place 1 million stars if I could.

Family Fun Fall Break 2020

First time to visit this part of Florida's Panhandle. The beaches and emerald green waters are so gorgeous and relaxing. Very glad to be able to escape to this tranquil place during the "Pandemic of 2020" to breathe in some fresh gulf air. The resort has many activities to keep kids of all ages busy. Not once did I hear my grandchildren say that they where bored. The condo was well equipped with everything that you will need. So just pack you swimsuit, flip flops, beach towels and sunscreen for your enjoyable vacation. Danica is so very accommodating and pleasant to work with while arranging your stay. She very attentive to your emails, texts and even answers yours calls promptly. From the first time you speak with her she makes you feel as if you have been friends from the get go.

Best Vacation Ever

My family recently rented unit A312. Everything from signing the contract, to checking in, to our weeks stay was perfect! I have rented from Danica before (unit C203) about 5 years so I sort of knew what to except. And once again she did not disappoint!!!! The condo was so clean and well stocked. She has truly thought of EVERYTHING you will need for your stay. I have never stayed in a condo where the kitchen was so well stocked! You will not need to bring anything with you except for food. This unit comes with 4 beach chairs and beach cart. I absolutely love that. We were a party of 6 (including 2 smalls kids) so 2 rental beach chairs would not have been enough for us. It was so nice not to have to bring our own chairs and have to haul them back home either sandy or wet. She has a fully stocked beach toy bin too. I'm telling you, Danica has thought of everything!!!! We enjoyed our stay so much I have already booked our 2021 vacation with her!!! Book now, you will not be disappointed.

Second Time at Waterscape

Last year we went to waterscape and booked through the resort...the room was meh but the resort was perfect for our family and our kids had a blast! Then I saw a review for Danica on Facebook and contacted her, she was super responsive, helpful, and organized! The pictures of the condo and view were perfect, the condo was clean and had so many extras which is nice when you are traveling with 4 kids! Our vacation was so much easier with the beach wagon and chairs! We will definitely be back!

Hurricane Sally

Danica was an amazing host even through a hurricane. We had awful weather so spent the majority of time indoors, and if this would happen on a beach vacation I am certainly glad we picked this condo. The condo was very clean & refreshing, there were games for entertaining the littles, and a great balcony view to watch the hurricane roll in. Every time we would see her around the resort she would make certain we didn't need anything. So overall, even though it was not our best vacation due to the weather, Danica and her condo were definitely above par!

Absolutely LOVED this unit!!

We had such a wonderful and relaxing week at Danica's condo. It is exactly what we both needed after this horrible year. Danica totally has gone the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The Condo is gorgeous and so convenient to get to. The walk to the beach was another treat. What can I say about the white sand and ocean waves except "We really miss it." Absolutely LOVED this unit!!

We absolutely loved unit A312!!!! I think we love it the most. The location and view and it felt so spacious and I loved all the decor, etc. You literally think of everything a family could possibly need on vacation and it makes it all that much better. Things like step stools so my kids can reach the sink and plastic dinnerware for them to use make me oddly happy lol :)

My kids were obsessed with your silverware that has pretty colors!!!! And the beach toys you provide.... I could go on and on....

Perfect in Every Way!

This condo is perfect in every way! It has easy access to parking deck. It has a beautiful view of pool and ocean. The deck is perfect for drinking morning coffee. It has morning shade. This condo is extremely clean and comfortable. It also has all the gadgets and appliances one needs on vacation.

Vacation

Waterscape is an excellent place to stay, especially if you have children! We rented from Danica and stayed in unit A312. She was very nice and very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be renting from her again!

Covid 19 - 2020 Vacation

We stayed in A312 and it was perfect! Danica has the cutest properties! She also has all the "extras" that mom's LOVE! She is crazy organized and has everything labeled. The beach toys, wagon, chairs and umbrella were great to have waiting on us. Her attention to detail is greatly appreciated! We will definitely be coming back!

Fun at Danica's Place

Very pleased with the condo. We've stayed at several condos in Destin over the years, and Danica's is definitely the cleanest!! And felt new, fresh, updated. I told my husband that I felt like we could just move in her condo full-time! We were there during a tropical storm. The games she had were fun to play. Danica thought of everything!!

We had to cancel. Danica was most gracious in returning our deposit without us even asking. Highly recommended.

Go away COVID

Danica has been such a Godsend through this. My niece has CF and we've been on the fence for weeks about wether we were gonna be able to do vacation this year. Sadly her Dr. advised us that it would be in her best interest to stay home. Danica was willing to not only let me cancel, but also refund our deposit in full. We will definitely be calling her next year to book!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Waterscape in Danica's clean condo! It was a last minute spontaneous trip where lifelong memories were made! I will never feel more comfortable staying anywhere else. I felt at home and the kids loved thier own bunkbeds and had a great time at all of the pools. Also we grilled out with our friends and family and had enough dishes and cookware to cook a full spread for 13 people. All thanks to you guys.

Great visit at Waterscape!

We had a great visit at Waterscape! We stayed in A312 which was in close proximity to both the stairs and the elevator, making it conveniently located to the parking garage. Once getting to the lower level, the pool access was also very close, stepping out to a handy grill and umbrella covered patio table. From the balcony of A312 we had a close view of the "Lilly Pad" pool, and of course, still had an ocean view. I really can't say enough nice things about our experience; from the owner, the condo, the beach service crew, and the Waterscape beach front and pools. From the start of planning this trip, it was clear that the owner is well organized and available for questions, suggestions, and help if needed. The condo was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed in the kitchen as we cooked all but one of our meals in the condo. It was decorated nicely, which gave it a home away from home feel. I appreciated how very quiet it was as we settled down for the night. The beach service crew was friendly and helpful to get us out on kayaks, and offer assistance with any heavy load we carried for the day. I have stayed at Waterscape once before, but this visit far exceeds the first because the owner handles her rentals personally and provides direct and thorough communication. We hope to have the pleasure of returning and staying with Waterscape Rentals by Owner again!

This was our annual sisters get away and first time staying here. I can't say enough good things about this place we stayed in A312 and it was absolutely Wonderful. AMAZING!

Oh my! I can't begin to say how amazing Danica's condos are. She has thought of absolutely everything. My sister and I came down with our girls, and we absolutely love this place. No need to strap down the beach cart on top of car, or that little red wagon, or Beach chairs, she has it all....all the way to the kitchen with a crock pot. I've never been to a condo so well stocked and amazingly taken care of. There was not one thing lacking for our trip! We will for sure be making another trip down from Tennessee.🌴🌅🐬☀️🌅🐬🌴

Danica, (yes, we know her by name, my husband chats with her on the phone) is a real person interested in your stay at her home away from home in Waterscape! Our every need is anticipated and met before we get to the property. All 4 of her units are so well appointed and tastefully decorated no wonder it's so hard to leave. The pools were immaculate, and the heated pool in November is so very nice. I am sad to leave each time, our reservations for the next year are made before the week is up to be sure we are able to have one of the finest Owner managed condos available.

Fall Break in Waterscape A312!!

We recently spent our fall break at Waterscape in A312. This was our first time to the area. Danica was wonderful and so easy to work with. She was always available for questions and was very responsive. She gave us many recommendations for things to do and places to eat that were perfect for kids. The condo was very clean and inviting and had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. The kids loved all the extras. The pool and beach were beautiful. Lots of memories were made with family and friends. Can’t wait to go back!

Nicest Vacation Rental!!

We have traveled and stayed in several vacation rentals all over the world. A312 @ Waterscape is beyond doubt one of the nicest that we have stayed in! It is well appointed with comfortable furnishings and beach-style accessories. The kitchen featured an abundance of cooking supplies and table settings with newer appliances. It was CLEAN beyond expectation and included everything that you need to take to the beach. The resort has something for everyone; plenty of activities or just enjoy relaxing on the whitest sand beach. The resort is within walking distance to many restaurants, also offers barbecue grills for a DIY stay at home poolside dinners. We will definitely return!!!!

Fall get-away

My family and I stayed in A312 this past week and it was FABULOUS! The unit was super clean and had a wonderful view of the pool and the ocean. We have stayed in all of Danica's condos and they are all excellent! We have definitely found our vacation spot for life! Nothing compares to Waterscape! WE LOVE IT!

Danica is a pleasure to work with! We will most certainly be back! This isn’t our first time at Waterscape but this is by far the BEST, CLEANEST condo we have stayed in. The whole ambience of it is wonderful! From the music and ambient lighting when we walked in to the personalized beach towels for our boys. We LOVED IT! OMG! FANTASTIC!

We just left A312 and it was FANTASTIC. Oh my gosh. Perfect location. Center of the resort. Mid floor. So so beautiful inside, clean, and well stocked. We weren’t lacking anything once we were there- pretty much everything we needed for the kids was provided for us by Danica! Cozy furniture, bedrooms and bathrooms and common areas were beautiful and comfortable. Danica is a true gem. She is so so kind and sweet and helpful. I feel like she is an old friend already. She’s just a text away if you need anything! She’s amazing! She doesn’t cut any corners with her rentals. She sent us plenty of info prior to arrival which was a good read for the trip down. Absolutely Beautiful

My family and I rented A112 from Danica and the condo was absolutely beautiful. Danica has went above and beyond what you expect from a vacation rental. She has spared no expense on the furnishings and decorations in the condo from the exceptional beds, beautiful bathrooms with nice walk in showers, large bathtubs, all the way down the the flatware in the kitchen (which was so cute). The condo was comfortable and very relaxing. And the booking process was so easy and convenient, she was very easy to work with, in less than a week she had returned my security deposit. The complex itself was amazing, the swimming pools were beautiful and clean, and the beach was the cleanest beach that I’ve ever been on. It was our first trip to the Destin/Ft Walton area and we have decided that it’s our new “go to beach location”. When we first arrived my entire family was so impressed with the condo and all of the amenities we all agreed that it was definitely the nicest place we’ve stayed. We’re already planning to go for a week next year as we only had three nights this year. And we will definitely be booking with Danica again.

We had the best vacation staying in A312. Upon arrival we walked into a clean and inviting place to stay with music playing in the background. The condo was spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. Danica is easy to work with and very detail orientated. She sent several emails prior to our stay with lots of useful information including good places to eat and many fun things to do around the island. The beach is absolutely beautiful. On our last night we got to see a pod of dolphins feasting right in front of us on the beach as well as fireworks off the fishing pier. It was an amazing end to our vacation. I would highly recommend renting a condo from Danica at Waterscape. We will definitely be returning!

LOVED the lazy river!

We had the best time in A312! It had everything we needed and more. Very conveniently located near the elevators and was a short walk down to the beach. The info sheet provided was very informative and made everything so easy! We’ll definitely be coming back! (The kids loved the lazy river!)

The personal attention that was given to my family by the owner was phenomenal! The condo was beautifully decorated and super clean! We had everything we needed except food! The condo is right in the middle of all the action.

Great unit, great time!

This was one of the nicest vacations we have gone on in quite sometime. We had a blast!! The condo was very clean and extremely well stocked. There is an extreme amount of detail that Danica placed with choosing everything one might need. Don’t overpack!! There is no need to load yourself down with beach equipment because it’s all there. Upon entering the condo there was the sound of soft music and the glow from the lamps transformed us from travel to relaxation!! Our unit had great views of both the pool and ocean. Our children loved the bunk beds!!! Danica was always IMMEDIATELY available to answer our questions which weren’t many because we were given so much info before we arrived. Best condo we ever rented!

This was by far the best condo we have ever rented. Danica made arrangements so that we could have the days we needed. It was clean and beautifully decorated!. We walked in the door and there was music playing and the lights were on for us and it was so inviting! It is equipped with everything you could possibly need! My granddaughters loved the gifts she made them as well as the super cute bunk room! The resort is exceptional, too! Great pools and a lazy river! We will return! Danica is the best to work with! A312 was absolutely amazing! It has a beautiful modern beach fresh vibe, super clean and comfortable environment that is equipped with anything and everything you could need away from home! We've stayed at Waterscape previously and working with Danica has been stress-free! She has a passion for what she does and it shows not just aesthetically in the condo, but in the details of her communication and organization which makes for the renters, an incredibly awesome vacation! We are already looking at our calendar for next summer to make many more memories in A312!
